Chris did an excellent job! Asked me about a noise he was hearing… I thought was just how unit was, spent the time investigating to make sure all was good. Got call prior and was on time.

The men at Performance H & A are a great bunch of guys, they are very honest and professional, they show up on time and never try to sell you anything not needed. I would recommend Performance to anyone. I even had the men take care of my Mothers Home within the last few days and they did an excellent job. Thank you to Tommy, Chris and the rest of the people who make Performance H & A such an awesome company.

Outstanding work. After years of relying on this local business to service and maintain my residential HVAC I am leaving my first ever google review. The reason being that good, honest and trustworthy work should be recognized. Do not hesitate to call Performance!! I know I always will and will recommend them without hesitation.
8/1/2022. We have used this company for yearly service, repairs, and to install several AC units at different homes we've lived in in the last 6 years. Tom has always been VERY helpful. He fits us into his schedule for repairs as soon as he can. He knows his trade and AC/HVAC units. He's honest and knows how to fix what's broken. He'll tell you which brands he's having a difficult time getting parts for and which AC brands are more reliable to install. Today's visit was due to an older unit crashing. The motor went out because a fan blade was warped. The unit was off balance so it made the motor fail. He came after 5 pm on a Friday, after his other job finished. I was so grateful we didn't have to wait until Monday. Not only did he repair the unit, but went the extra mile by searching for reasons it failed. He found out the previous owner had been using "homemade" air filters in the unit. It was some type of green artificial turf they cut to fit where the filter was supposed to go! The inspector should've caught that! Tom got us info to order the correct AC sizes. He even installed a new programable thermostat for us, because we wanted to regulate the temperature easier to save money on the electric bill. He did a lot of work and was very reasonable. It was around $700 for quite a few parts and problems. A few years ago, he helped us when we purchased a large foreclosure home. It had 4 AC units and all of them didn't work. I had the first unit replaced by a different company. I found out later that they failed to file the permit with the county. Performance Heating and Air came to look at the other 3 units. They installed the next 2 brand new units and rescued the 4th unit that was dead, but repairable. When Tom filed his permits he went the extra mile and checked on the 1st AC unit installed by the other company. He found out they had lied and had not had filed the permit with the county. Chris is extremely dependable providing excellent work at a fair and honest price. He has been my go to guy for all HVAC needs at my former home, my current home, and my office. Always exceptional service and there when we need him.

For years, we have used Chris and Mr. Tom in a commercial setting. My call is always answered. At times I am not sure how they handle so much in one day and squeeze my request in, but I am always grateful.
