Sometime since my last move, Sears (at least in Gainesville, FL) stopped doing washer/dryer hookups on Kenmore equipment, except within 30 days of purchase. They will not even do the hookup for a fee. They will not even do it for someone who pays yearly for the Sears Maintenance Agreement on those two appliances. This is a serious drop in customer support from a company I always trusted to support my appliances. I _knew_ the hookup would be competently & safely done when Sears technicians did it. Now I have to wade through finding someone to do this installation - and hope it is done correctly. I am seriously disappointed and frustrated with Sears.
