We’ve used Ray French for a couple repairs and troubleshooting, and the service has been great. The front office and techs both have been professional and easy to work with, and were happy to share their knowledge and advice. The technician even gave me a quick tutorial on how they did a repair because I was curious if I could tackle it myself on a separate unit. They’re our go-to for HVAC needs.
Chris The technician went over everything and recommended everything that we needed to do. And also offered us to be on a membership for our air conditioner to be cleaned out twice a year. He then gave us some suggestions to what to do about a UV light, and a home ionizer for the. He really went out of his way. That's why we call them every year to service our air conditioner. And they're the ones we bought the air conditioner from. I bought a lot of air conditioners in my life, but I've never met people as nice as these people are. Maggie and Angela the receptionist at the company really deserve a shout out also. Cuz if it wasn't for them I wouldn't have done all this. Thank you to them also. When you call up there they know who you are instantly, even after a year they know who you are. What more can you ask for. Thanks for taking care of me and my family Sheila
The company performed its annual maintenance inspection on both of our two units. Their rep, Dustin, was on time, efficient and courteous in performing his work. I would recommend them to others in this market.
We bought our A/c system from Ray French in 2019, and we’ve had ongoing problems with it. Every time they come out they charge us $500 or more even though the unit is still under warranty. I would not recommend this company.
Ray French staff have been very helpful. They replaced my old non functioning system with a Trane system and I’m very pleased with the system and the local company.
AC unit would not come on. Diagnosed and repaired in a few minutes.
Kenny and the crew were great We’re renters and waited a month without heat/AC as the owner shopped around, it was worth the wait. Once they got the green light they not only were ready to schedule, they provided a portable unit in the meantime. The day they brought the unit over they had it all in before noon. They were very respectful considering my fiancé has to sleep during the day, my curious dog, and a vehicle of mine being immobile and in the way. They were able to complete the job regardless. They also cleaned up any mess they had made and made certain we were up and running. I highly recommend this company and their crew.

I have used this company over the years for maintenance and recently purchased a new HVAC system. Their workers were efficient, kind, explained things, well, and on time. Communication was excellent! This company responded to my needs very quickly and were able to install a new system within a week. I would definitely use them again.
We have used Ray French for many years and have always been happy with their excellent service. Our technician Terry was wonderful and did an amazing job with maintenance and repair on our unit. When it was finally time to replace the unit after over 12 years of use, Gerald helped us to pick the right one for the job. Kenny and the crew did a amazing and fast job installing our new unit, and we were so happy with their service. Highly recommended!!
They serviced my unit economically and helped it last 24 years. Manufactured in 1999. I am staying loyal and signing up for a new unit with them. Current work: 10, Dustin has a kind introduction prior to his educational narrative. I feel he is very trustworthy and I can feel confident on what the unit is exhibiting. I am very pleased with the courtesy and professionalism your staff shows me the homeowner and the tennants. Thank you. Rod Wies from this ac company came out and had to really go after my unit. It is hard to reach and stubborn. 2 busted capacitors later, (which he showed me in amps) and my unit was singing cold again. This guy is not afraid to get dirty and dug everything he needed to inorder to access my parts. He did have to dig in ground. Ac is ice cold. Technician arrived within 25 minutes of service call. They have always done me well. I always call them.
I'm so pleased my friend recommended Ray French to me. Every contact with them has been amazing. Dustin went above and beyond servicing my HVAC system. He was outside in a torrential down pour, soaked to the skin, working to get the job finished. He even walked the long way around my house in the pouring rain so he wouldn't get my floor wet! I was very impressed with his dedication, professionalism and considerate, friendly manner. Customer service is exceptional. You can't go wrong if you choose them. A special thank you to Dustin, you were awesome!
Terry was very professional, diligent, and completed the annual check for my house thoroughly. In order to access the main heating unit, he had to fix my attic door which he did in an upbeat and friendly manner. Thank you, Terry!
10/10/2022: See update below this review. Kenny (I think was his name) and crew did a fantastic job of installing my new AC/Furnace and walking me through everything including the new thermostat. Also, Gerald Sheffield was excellent for doing the proposal and his customer service, along with Maggie Risher also with customer service and everything else. I'm extremely satisfied with everyone that I dealt with and with the results! 10/10/2022 Update: I discovered on Saturday 10/8/2022, the day after the new AC was installed, that they must have turned off the gas which turned off the pilot light on my water heater. My water heater was new, and I had never had to light it before, and it was not at all easy to light, so I couldn't figure out how. Consequently I had to go the weekend without hot water until the plumbing company that installed it came on Monday to light it, which cost me about $125. I just with that they had told me that when they installed the AC unit so I could have been prepared and not have been without hot water all weekend... and maybe also somehow have been prepared to light it thus saving $125.
Such a sweet experience. Nice faces and good attitudes. I wouldn’t pick anybody else for my HVAC installation or service.
