Dave and his crew know what they are doing, always able to fix my old 90s HVAC system.
Highly recommend! They've repaired or replaced worn parts on our AC unit to keep it running for several years. Never any pressure or upsell. They've provided same day service when needed without a hassle. Can't say enough good things about them.

David Levangie has been my HVAC guy for 20 years. He's very knowledgeable, responsive, and so nice. He replaced my system maybe 10 years ago and I saved $80 per month in heating and cooling costs. I highly recommend Northwood. Awesome people!
Our controller needed replacement. The very honest and friendly AC guy exhausted every possibility before going overboard. Ultimately we needed a new Trane kit. The charge was very moderate. Our heater is working like a charm.

Ok so glad these guys came out and told us what was wrong with the system. They did a great job however we are wanting to use them again and weve called 3 times to the call center who answers their phones im 2 weeks and to our disappointment no return call! Common folks dont you want our business?
We’ve been extremely impressed and thankful for the good folks at Northwood Cooling & Heating. Shortly after moving into our home we had an issue and called Northwood, their sticker was on the air handler from the installation. To my astonishment, not only did they show up quickly, but they didn’t charge us for the repair! The AC was still under warranty... mind you, we just purchased the house and had no expectation that the AC would be under warranty. They could have easily charged us for the parts and repair, but they stuck by their warranty and our bill was $0. I will be trusting Northwood for all of our cooling and heating needs from now on and so should you!
