Same day service with quality repair. The tech conducted the diagnosis then explained to me the repair needed. I was pleasantly suprised to find out that the part was on hand and the task would be completed that day. I thought 'Great' what a relief! I'm glad I made the call to JH&AC and will definately call again for future needed services. Highly recommended!

We had a new hvac system and thermostat installed. Jay was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Another employee came about a month prior to the installation, to try and fix a leak in the evaporator coil. The fix didn’t work, hence the reason we had a new hvac system installed. He was also very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. We will definitely call Jarvis Heat & Air if we have any problems in the future.

Would highly recommend this company!! We just bought a new home and our house would not get cold. Called the company on a Saturday and they scheduled to come out the same day. Service tech was Dustin and he was very professional and informative during the entire process. He was able to get our A/C working the same day. Will definitely be calling them with any other issues we have in the future!!
We have had 3 AC units replaced with Jarvis, and each time they were the best price, extremely friendly, extremely responsive, and did a great job!
Robbie Jarvis, the owner's son, came out to repair my HVAC system on a Saturday. I called several companies to see if anyone would be able to come out same day and I was only successful in connecting with Jarvis. Robbie was very kind and helpful when I called and he was able to come right away on a Saturday. Their Emergency Service Charge is only $25 more than their normal service charge, which I think is extremely fair and reasonable. Robbie did some diagnostics and used solutions that he didn't need to charge me for. He showed me that the coil was leaking and he recommended how we can rectify the situation. I really appreciate that Robbie walked me through everything he was doing and he didn't look for ways to nickel and dime me through the process. Overall, great experience! I will use them again.

I'm so grateful to have had the privilege of being a customer of this exceptional team. I bought a two story fixer and needed an entire new system including duct work. After meeting the owner, the techs and working through financing with the awesome gal in the office, I knew I was in good hands. The mutual respect for each other and the customer throughout the team was apparent from the beginning and that's the type of folks I prefer to do business with. I won't hesitate to work with Jarvis Heat & Air again and based on my experience I will absolutely recommend them to anyone who asks.
We called 5 other heating & air companies and were about to give up because they were too expensive and/or wanted to do what THEY wanted. But a home inspector recommended we call Jarvis. They listened to what we wanted and delivered it at a good price. Their team installed a new system in one day, were courteous and friendly, and left the house cleaner than they found it! I have had three HVAC systems replaced on two separate houses by Jarvis, and each time has been exceptional. They have always given a fair quote right off the bat, they are always on time, and they do quality work. The one time I had an issue after installation, they were out there the same day and took care of it for free. They are always extremely friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company.
This company is unbelievable. I made multiple calls to local companies to get the A/C repaired asap. Most said a week. My tenant is recovering from a near fatal car accident and the thought of him being without A/C was terrible. Rob from Jarvis was at the apartment in under 6 hours diagnosed the problem and performed the repair within minutes. Many thanks to Terry, Rob and the Jarvis Team for terrific service.
The vertical return air duct pulled apart on a 3year old installation. It was only taped together ( no mechanical supports to support the weight) and the taping was not centered. I called and they refused to warrantee an obvious improper installation.
I highly recommend Jarvis Heat and Air. They have completed two large jobs for us and on both occasions we received excellent service. The customer care is very prompt, friendly, and professional. We now have a third project to be completed and we will certainly be going with Jarvis again.
Jarvis's installed our new ac in March 2020 right before everything closed down. Excellent job! Recently had an issue with the ac, called them at 4:45 in the evening and they showed up first thing in the morning, fixed it quickly and left everything very clean. Best ac company to work with as I have worked with several in the past 27 years. Jarvis is the only one I will use from now on.
I have used them as maintenance every year and this year they cause me a problem. All winter long my heat pump never gave me a problem. I use my air conditioning and was not having a problem. I had them come do their yearly maintenance and now I'm having problems. One of the technician that they sent said oh you're duck needs looked at we could see where they had pushed back on the ducking from the back of the air conditioner. they should have went underneath the house and they did not they pushed on iit from the back of the air conditioning. I'm calling them back this morning wanting my my refund as I had paid for two more checkups. I will be putting a complaint in for this. My husband went under the house and could see what they had did.
