Called them to give me a quote on a new heat pump which they did. Came to an agreement on price and they installed it in 48 hours. They are professional, reliable and reasonable. The work is always top notch. Call them you won't regret it.
Showed up early and diagnosed issue just from our description of the problem. Very fast fix and pleasant, knowledgeable service tech.
I called Mikey last night because the A/C system wasn't working properly. He took the blower out in the morning and in a few hours he replaced the blower. Mikey is really professional and honest person. I recommend Mikey for any repair or maintenance.

Last Friday afternoon, our house was in chaos with multiple contractors working to complete various tasks, when our AC shut off. I called Gator Heat and Air in a panic because I am 7 months pregnant and did not want to go all weekend without air. Michael called back right away. He was able to fit us in, even when he was the only person in the office. Michael came by quickly and was able to fix the problem right away. He was kind, professional, and quick! We are so grateful for him!

Gator tech Junior Gonzalez saved my partner and me over $8000 today--he fixed our AC issue in less than 20 minutes by finding a blown fuse after a different service company came out yesterday, spent over 3 hours here, told us it would cost over $3,000 just to replace the parts that would get us back up and running and suggested we'd be better off just replacing our whole system for $8,000. We figured we were going to be looking at thousands in repair costs no matter what but wanted to get a second opinion and quotes before committing to a whole replacement. We called Gator at 11:15 today, and tech Junior Gonzalez was here within the hour. And 20 minutes and 1 replaced fuse later, we had a perfectly functioning unit again! (He also checked all the outside components that we'd been told weren't working and he found them to be working just fine.) I'm gonna admit it--I LITERALLY CRIED in relief in front of Junior. (Sorry about that, dude.) Gator Heating & Air is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and ethical. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!
Found out that we had a bad capacitor so for a $25 part, I have to pay $185, it's EXACTLY WHY I don't like to call! Just too hot(here in Florida) Thanks for the repair.

needed to replace two 20 yr old central systems. One was completely kaput and the other was just old. broken system was replaced within a day and the other within 4 days. Couldn't be happier with the results.

These guys did a great job cleaning ducts for me and then when it was time to replace my AC I got three quotes and these guys had the best equipment at the best prices, didnt try to push me around and did an excellent job with the install!

Very impressed by this company. After a power surge blew our AC capacitor, we were able to get service within 24 hours. Mikey helped us and was incredibly honest, helpful, and put the customer first. Also very understanding with financial challenges, and was very concerned about quality and value of service, and wanted to grow the long term relationship. I highly recommend Gator for their professionalism and very competitive pricing. I quoted with three companies for a new ac system and Gators quote was far below the other quotes and included additional that I would have paid for with the other companies. I would highly recommend giving them a chance if you are looking for a great AC company!!
