John and Jie were fantastic! On short notice they were able to accommodate and install a brand new central air unit within a few days when ours broke on the weekend of 4th of July. When the news hit they also provided us with window units so we can survive during the few days we were without a unit. I would 1000% recommend them to anyone in the greater Gainesville area.
So impressed with how they made my family feel like a top priority! They felt how hot my home had become and before I could finish my sentence they were thinking of ways to cool my home “NOW”! Their technicians were all occupied so the management came out and took care of our home himself! Wow is all I can say!
Will not backup their work . You are the one who made the hole in the core in the air handler and when I called you to Fix-It you told me you needed to put a new line set in shame on you

I used Gator Air and Energy for AC maintenance at four houses - my house and the homes of my close relatives. The whole process was simple and convenient, with scheduling done entirely by text. Our technician was hardworking and polite, efficiently servicing all the houses in a single day. They provide a great service that I can easily recommend. Solid company and easy to work with.

We've used Gator Air & Energy for several years now. This latest service call was to clear the condensation drainage line. The technician came out a day after we placed the call. He was very polite and courteous and quickly cleared the drainage pipe. He also recommended and instalked a safety cut-off switch to prevent the A/C unit from being danaged if the drainage line were to clog again. We recommend using their services for HVAC repair and maintenance.
AC went out overnight. Called them first thing in the morning and Robert came out quickly and found several wiring issues with the compressor and promptly fixed everything. Would highly recommend.
Called at 9 am was given appointment for 12:30 pm same day and the tech arrived on time, performed diagnostics and made multiple recommendations. Listened to my concerns and took care of everything I opted for from their r in timely manner (less than 2 hours). Great service today.
These guys are great. Very professional. Work well as a team. Coordination was prompt and the team was responsive. Very happy with our new HVAC system.
Rob did a wonderful job not only rewiring my smart thermostat but also doing routine maintenance on my system. He was very knowledgeable with tons of experience and gave me detailed information about my system throughout the service call. I highly recommended Rob and Gator air for anyone.
Highly recommend Gator Air. They are always kind, respond very quickly, and have always arrived at the booked time. They never tried to sell us any extra services and always explained everything in great detail. Truly love that I went with them a few years ago and that I chose to continue calling them for all other services.

Our A/C broke on the first hot day of the season but John got us back up and running in no time. He was awesome, explained everything going on really clearly, and taught me how to properly maintain our unit. Thanks, John! You're our hero! <3
Definitely recommend this place. Called them yesterday to set up a time for them to come out to check out my AC that wasn’t working properly. John found the problem and fixed it all up and now my AC is working better than it ever has since I’ve lived here. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions and explain what they did to fix the issue. 10/10 recommend.
Great service. Torrien responded after hours on a sunday evening within an hour and half of the call. He got right to work and took care of the job fixing the problem. He was a great guy to chat with and learn from in reference to AC issues. I will be using the company again in the future if I am in need of AC services.

My first wow was when they answered the phone on a Sunday night as i was looking for hvac service on my daughters new condo. Expecting to leave a vmail i was able to speak with someone and schedule for 3/24. Today servicing was excellent. Unit had been neglected for 6 years and both employees were super friendly replaced what was needed. Recharged the unit cleaned everything and had the cool air operating in no time I would highly recommend Gator Air and Energy
