Our AC was not working on July 3rd. I called and got an appointment scheduled the same day and our tech Keith was 3 hours early (which he called beforehand to confirm this was okay). He walked us through what he was doing, got our AC up and running, and walked us through service plans after we inquired with great clarity. Every other business was going to get to us three days later. Instead, thanks to Crystal Air, we were able to be cooled off inside while temps were 105 outside. The pricing was very fair as well, and with the service plans (ask about them), you won't have to worry about the insane heat with your AC always taken care of.
First time we use Crystal. The AC unit went off right before the holiday. Mike responded after hours, diagnosed the whole system, replaced defective parts, the AC was fixed quickly. Very professional attitude. Would highly recommend!

A/C fan was making noises about 14 mo. after new install. Crystal Air & Water responded quickly. Replaced the fan and motor, no charge. All contacts have been professional and kind. Customer service has been awesome!
Keith is the man! AC went down on a hot day and within ten minutes recognized the problem and fixed immediately. Timely, professional, and experienced in the field since 99' would definitely do business again with him again if I have any other problems
Always get great service from Crystal Air. We use them for the 3 units at our church. They always call when on the way, diagnose the issue quickly, and get us back up and running.

My AC stopped working and they were able to get someone out to my house in about an hour. Got it up and going quickly and give me tips to prevent the problem in the future. Will definitely use them again.
Mike came out on a Saturday when my AC wasn’t working and got it running again. Not only that, but he showed me how to maintain it and fix it myself for when the issue arises again. Super happy with the service and would use again.

Arrived at vacation home to find it at 80 degrees. Fan working but outside AC unit not working. I called Crystal Air and they had a technician that could come for service the very same afternoon. It was a 1.5 hour drive from Gainesville. He quickly found the problem of a tiny hole and freon leak. Very hard to fix in the field but within 2 hours, he had successfully patched the hole and refilled the freon. We were able to enjoy the rest of the afternoon in comfort thanks to this wonderful technician and a very responsive Company. Crystal Air has been my "go to" Company for years for both residential and large Commercial properties. I have always received excellent service and products. Always extremely satisfied with responsiveness and knowledgeable personel. Thank you for a job well done !
