I called needing help with my A/C (commercial unit) and the tech arrived within the hour and was done with the full service within the hour after arrival! I was pleasantly surprised and pleased! He gave many suggestions, of which we agreed to, and the difference in our unit was apparent literally within minutes! Excellent customer service and professional appearance and attitude. Love them!

I highly recommend Crystal Air & Water. All of the technicians doing the work were highly knowledgeable and professional. I would especially like to call attention to Keith. He is extremely personable and took the time to answer my questions about the installation and provided guidance on what I should do to maintain the new HVAC system. I definitely felt like I was in good hands with Keith and Crystal Air & Water.
Mike Steele and Alex Duffy came to our home yesterday (21June2022) to install a complete, new AC system. They arrived right on time. Their work was thorough and highly professional! Both men were polite, answered any questions we had, worked quietly and cleaned up completely after they finished the installation. They also explained the details of how to use it properly. My system was replaced in a timely manner by the best install crew it has drastically improved my electric bill as well as the air quality of my home. I highly recommend this company!
Called the Haile Plantation office and they were very responsive and helpful. Repaired my AC in no time and it's working great. I will definitely call them again.
