Once I sent my loan application in I never heard back from anyone.
Their technician, Steven williams, was quite professional. He called ahead, he arrived on time, he quietly and efficiently did his checks and cleaning, and informed me of what he was doing. He was also quite personable.
Stephen Williams is courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and always professional. He communicate exceptionally well.

Love this company, everyone is professional and they are always on time and do great work. Stephen Williams came to service my system yesterday- what a delightful young man! And he really went the extra mile to take extra time getting my outside coils cleaned. My ac is immediately cooler. Highly recommend!

Lennox XP19 condenser fan inoperative. CTH&A tech Osmaan McCleod diagnosed motor failure, had the stock motor on his truck, replaced it and then monitored system operation. Contacted CT early morning, repair completed early afternoon same day, all good.
Vinny did a great job inspecting my AC system. fixed a little problem I was having but noticed an even bigger one before if got out of hand. he was polite, respectful and very knowledgeable.

After several estimates I select Comfort Temp to replace my 4 ton A/C system, Mr. Rolando Ramos give me a very accurate proposal according to the market. The technical crew made a beautiful installation very professional and very clean, my A/C system is working very well. Thank you so much to Comfort Temp and its staff for to keep these quality of service. G.Garcia Two months after the installation, I ask for service because some error messages of the system, and sometimes stop of working without a reason. Promptly Comfort Temp send Mr. Mike Blackwelder who found some issues related to amount of refrigerant. He spend about two + hours to make the corrections. A week after Mike visit the system it is working perfectly, not errors or messages of fault. I am really glad to know a professional like Mike, and I appreciate so much de efficiency of Comfort Temp staff for help me.
