Thank you thank you thank you! At 2:00 in the morning on the 5th of July we woke up to a 79° house 😳😳 I have a couple of friends in this business but both of them were booked so solid after the holiday that they couldn't even do me a favor. No fault of theirs I understand. The owner of Air DucKs came out himself for a quick fix which was my hope that's all it was. Just something I didn't have the capacity (capacitor) to handle myself. The urgency was great because my wife has to sleep during the day to work at the hospital at night and do the Lord's work! So this company gets my highest of all recommendations!
This company cares about its workmanship and its customers. Our project was estimated to take a week to complete, and the crew worked tirelessly to meet that deadline. Communication was excellent. I was well informed of what was happening at all stages. The crew was conscientious and kept our home very clean while replacing old ducting. They were very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. We were so happy with the whole process, the wonderful people, and of course the finished product!
This company has incredible customer service and the quality of work is excellent. My A/C system needed a repair, Air Ducks came out right away and worked quickly to fix the issue. I would highly recommend their service!

I'm a Home Builder in the Gainesville area and have used several HVAC contractors but Air Ducks is by far the best. They have installed over 60 brand new units in my homes including my personal residence, my parents home, my brother's home. They have a very knowledgeable and experienced service department. Their quality of work is excellent and pricing is very fair. Their office manager Rachel is always a pleasure to speak with. She provides excellent customer service and always make sure things run smoothly. I would recommend Air Ducks to anyone!!
Outside AC unit stopped working late Friday afternoon. Called Air Ducks around 6:30 pm hoping someone would answer the phone. The office person was terrific! She was very understanding and helpful. She explained there was a diagnostic fee and a repair man would be at our house between 9 and 11 Saturday morning. Sam arrived at 9:30. First used Air Ducks to install new unit back 2014. Had an issue with a component local A/C Company could not handle in Keystone Hgts. Air Ducks came to the rescue, from Gainesville, and fixed the issue. Thank you Team Air Ducks! Will not hesitate if/when there be any issues. You are the standard in Customer care.
I would 100% recommend using Air Ducks! My unit from 2001 finally went out on me this summer and they were able to get to a brand new one installed for me quickly and did a great job.

Sam and Bryan came to clean our vents and do an ac tune up in our new home. Very impressed with their professionalism and the service. Reached out to this company because of good reviews. Called and explained to the woman who answers the phone that I have been shopping around for air duct cleaning service and wondering why this company would charge over $600 for something other companies charge $300. She was very nice on the phone, explaining that it's due to their exceptional service and latest machinery. She also said dryer vent would be included in quote. On the day of the appointment however, I had 2 youngsters show up looking disheveled and like they just rolled out of bed. They proceeded to do some work, gathering a tiny amount of dust- it was surprising given that ducts have not been cleaned in over 7 years and there were 2 dogs in the house. Later, I was sent a bill for over $900- they found more vent openings and apparently didn't include the dryer. We finally settled on the original amount but I would highly NOT recommend this company. Unprofessional

All I can say is WOW! Air Ducks heating and air has demonstrated ultimate professionalism and competency. I took a chance on a company I had never heard of. A few years ago Sam gave me a good price on a 3.5 ton unit. Air Ducks installed it. A week ago I noticed that the air box to the filter had come loose. Sam Sr. came out that day and told me he would fix that for no charge because that should not have happened.. Sam Jr. came out today, made a whole new box and repaired it an a way that won't come loose till the unit fails from old age or the Second Coming occurs. Sam Jr. refused to take any money for this repair. Sam Jr was very polite, professional and cheerful while demonstrating enthusiasm for his job. If you think work ethic is dead, call Air Ducks in Gainesville, Florida and see that service and commitment to quality work for a reasonable fee still exist. I've had air ducks out a couple times for service. Always punctual and today I wasn't even charged because it was something simple. They are straight up and honest.
Our 4 ton a/c unit that we purchased from Air Ducks for $6,000 less than 5 years ago and had repaired AGAIN 2 years ago and then 4 months ago has stopped blowing cold air for the third time. We have spent more than $7,000 on this unit. Carol told me "things mechanical break and we can't be held responsible." I have left several messages over the past 5 days with your company about the new unit (with 10 year warranty) and several visits to repair the unit you installed less than 6 years ago. Many excuses were given and I was told there were many people in front of us that need service more than us. After 5 days without air, Carol was rude and insensitive to our needs as your customer.
DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS!! I've never left a bad review before, but after doing business with Air Ducks I feel like I have to warn people. I'm writing on behalf of my dad (who is in his 70s). His AC unit stopped working in April. His home protection insurance recommended AD who came out and replaced the ac condenser part that was broken. In Oct, the compressor within the condenser broke. Called AD again & it took them TWO weeks to install this part, after pleading w/them to come out SOONER & help him in the AWFUL heat. On 11/2 AD installed the "new" part & charged almost $1000 for the labor. 4 days later the AC stopped working again! This ordeal of working w/AD was so frustrating all around. Over & over they lied & charged a high price for the labor of multiple botched jobs. We found out through other means that AD failed to get a permit & an inspection like they were supposed to for a major part replacement. AND we found out that AD did not install the same compressor part we assumed was ordered through the warranty – the parts distribution centers in GNV had no record of the defective part, installed in his unit by AD, being ordered or picked up by AD. I don't know what kind of scam they're running but this fraud has been reported. Don't waste your time & money relying on Air Ducks.
