Came home from work to water leaking from my water heater and called United Mechanical late in the day. Someone reached out quickly, I texted pics of current water heater, and had a quote early next morning and the replacement was done at lunchtime. Very professional technician, efficient, and quick. They are my choice for all things plumbing, electric, and HVAC.

United Mechanical replaced my A/C unit for my business. They were promt (in fact they were waiting for me to arrive). The were all very nice and professional. Their work was outstanding . The price was fair. The A/C unit cut my power bill. It works great and I highly recommend this company.
We called UM originally after hurricane Irma and received prompt attention for a weak air flow from Albert Montero. So, recently, we noticed unusual noise from our AC and called again. Danielle Shine was the responding technician and did a thorough job, finding a leak in the coil and giving us the options for repair or replace. We asked for quotes on both and she researched three possible new ACs as well as the cost of repair. We chose a Lennox model for replacement. It was installed on 1/02/17 by a team headed by Ismail ?. They seemed efficient and well supervised. When they left, however, we discovered that a pipe had been installed in front of the filter slot, making it impossible to remove the filter. The unit was also very powerful in its airflow and quite noisy. Ismail said that could be reduced by a technician. Several days later, we called UM for help. Danielle was again dispatched and did an absolutely great job of tuning our unit. She changed the offending pipe direction allowing filter exchange, lowered the airflow, checked the outside unit and left us with a quiet, very satisfactory installation. She had spent about two hours checking everything and her demeanor couldn't have been nice. We give her the highest recommendation. 2022 - We have been served by UM ever since Irma and have found the technicians and staff to be consistently capable, polite and reliable. Garry, our latest, was just that - competent, friendly and efficient. Aren't we lucky?
United Mechanical has always been very professional. They keep their schedules and the serviceman are top rate, efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. The office is pretty good too! Best firm in SWFL.
Matt was very friendly, professional, and efficient! He conducted the normal maintenance, discovered and replaced a bad capacitor, and pre warned us about other parts rusting. We love United Mechanical and will continue to go through them for our HVAC needs because of their honesty and reasonable prices!
Gary was very impressive. He spoke to my grandson on the phone and explained details. My grandson does AC work in Illinois. He was impressed also

Extremely knowledgeable. John went above and beyond by checking entire system after the problem was diagnosed. Gave me some advice on getting the most from my AC unit. Would recommend this company and it's techs to anyone. Have used them for many years now and will continue to use United Mechanical for all my AC needs.
