I had a great experience today with Cool Air Pros. First time calling them for regular system maintenance and I am really happy. Kevin showed up on time and he knows these systems inside and out, he made some recommendations to keep the system running efficiently and he did not try to convince me to pay for expensive unnecessary repairs or pressure me at all. Sometimes these maintenance visits feel more like sales presentations, but not with these guys. I'm only calling Cool Air Pros from now on.
Brandon, Andrew & Chris were exceptional. They were pleasant and knowledgeable. Pricing was very competitive answered all our questions and all the work was done well & professionally.
No one ever "wants" to replace a worn out AC system, but Cool Air Pros, LLC made us very glad we entrusted them to do the job. The Professional service, reasonable price and promptness in getting the job done took away all the associated stress factors. Chris and Eric were the absolute best to work with!! Call them 1st, you will be glad you did.
We are contractors in the area and have used Cool Air Pros on many of our jobs needing HVAC install/repair/maintenance and Joey & Chris are always responsive and concerned about our customers needs. I would highly reccomend these guys for any future HVAC work you may need on your residence in SWFL. The comfort of knowing all of our customers are in good hands once we finish the job is a BIG PLUS for our continual referral/return business and we appreciate them being as concerned about our customers as we are.
Chris and his Team are so repsonsive for service. They have an outstanding technician who is prompt and courteous. Get's the job done in a timely fashion for a very reasonable price. The team at Cool Air Pros is incredibly responsive to our families needs, and it is much appreciated. They have installed a new AC unit in 2020, and continue to maintain it.....the staff treats my 92 year old mom like one of the family! Highly recommend calling Chris for any AC or heating needs, our technician Brandon is A++++ too!

When our previous A/C and furnace had to be replaced, Cool Air came right out the day after we called them. Their service workers were polite, respectful and hardworking when they installed our new unit. We highly recommend this company.
After 10 years at a new house, had to replace whole unit & upgraded to a 5 ton instead of 4 ton which was installed. Clean & professional service was done by COOL AIR PRO, highly recommended .

We've had difficulty with our air conditioning system since purchasing our home in March of 2018. The gentlemen from Cool Air Pros - Chris Shaw and Brandon - presented an estimate to replace the our air conditioning unit and air handler. We agreed on a time when that should happen and they replaced both elements of the system in a timely manner and at the estimated figure. In addition, when the city inspector came by to look over and confirm the work, he was impressed and pointed out to me where care and thorough work was completed. My new system is working beautifully and I couldn't be more pleased. This company has my enthusiastic recommendation.
Exceptional service! They were at my house within an hour when one of my AC units froze up. Service Tech was very knowledgeable, took his time and did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing the problem. When my second AC unit stated acting up a week later, they responded that same day even though it was 8pm! Again, problem fixed quickly! Highly recommended!

Wonderful experience!! They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. And they did it very well. They called back!!! You probably know how rare that is. But it was just the beginning of our excellent experience. Showed up on time and were clean and professional at every step. I would wholeheartedly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

We are very happy with our new air conditioning and the service that was provided to us. Our old air conditioner went out due to hurricane Irma and the service was excellent. Our new air conditioner is quite, and very energy efficient. We would definitely recommend Cool Air Pros to anyone needing service.
Cool Air Pros came to my house the same day, they were very professional and did not try to sell me on things I didn't need. They even sent me a mail in rebate for the unit I purchased a week after it was installed. The installation was a breeze in and out the next day!! Thank you Cool Air Pros for treating my family and I so good!!
