I highly recommend Sunset Air & Home Services. Their customer service is excellent. Our A/C unit was not cooling properly & they were here in less than 2 hours. They added freon' however this was gone in less than 2 days. I called to inform them of the situation; they were back out in no-time to loan me a portable A/C unit for one room; worked great. Then they scheduled me for a new unit installation to happen on Friday the 23rd; like 1 wk. out. Our home was up to 91 degrees, very hot out here in Naples, FL hit index was like 111 degrees. I called them after the weekend, informed them of the situation here & they rescheduled the installation to Tuesday; moved my date from Friday up to Tuesday. I now have my new unit & I feel rejuvenated, elated & extremely happy. Thank you for your TOP Customer Service team & hard working technicians. with kind regards, Nora

We suspected major problems with the HVAC in our new home, and got several estimates. The Sunset Air team led by Mark R. was the most thorough in evaluating our existing system, determining and explaining all the deficiencies, and proposing solutions. They were able to schedule us quickly for the repair and rebuild work, and their technicians were hard-working and thorough in getting it done. Recommend Sunset Air for any home HVAC needs.
Brandon was friendly, professional and on-time. We have been with Sunset for quite a number of years and find their work and employees to be dependable and valuable.
Alex told us there was mold on the upstairs cooling system (which is in the attic and not visible to us). He said there is a fix for the problem and that Sunset would send us an email setting forth the fix and cost. We have not received that message,

Sunset Air and Home Services and all of their staff are amazing. Very professional. We have been with Sunset Air and Home Services for 20 years. Would not have any other company. All of the tech are extremely knowledgeable. We have had Tom the most to service our air conditioner but they are all great. The support staff are incredible too.
If you service people's homes as rude as your guy drives. IEO CL. Wouldn't want to hire someone that careless and rude behind the wheel of your billboard.
Sunset Air was AWESOME! Like many in the area we had our AC die on us following Hurricane Ian. I called Sunset Air and worked with Mark who was great. He came out, and explained evreything to me, and what I appreciate he did not try to oversell me. Mark's honesty is what made us decide to go with Sunset Air. It only got better from there! Sunset Air understands there is a hude demand in SWFL, and instead of making us wait with no AC for weeks, they came out and installed a temp AC unit so we can continue to have air while we waited on our new unit. When we did get our new unit the install team was great! We had Mikey and Daryl and they did such a good job. Not only were they prompt, respectful, and do a great job installing our unit, but they were both extremly peronsable. They truely seem to care about their craft and their customers, and not just completing a project as quickly as possible. In SWFL it is hard to find great service, but Sunset Air stepped up and greatly exceeded our expectations!
Everyone is always very helpful in the office and the technitions are always neat and answer any questions I have and give helpful suggestions
We had two new Trane system and redid a fair amount of our duct work. The Sunset Team was outstanding, from Ryan who spent hours with me crawling through the attic and did a detailed proposal, to the install team that was at our house for two solid days and did excellent work, the service tech. that came out and handled the final start up adjustments and of course Lydia who was so organized in coordinating the install and warranty paperwork. Sunset is a company of professionals and it's clear to me they value doing the right thing for their customers. We are very happy with the work and pricing.
