12/30/22: A/C quit at 5:30pm as we were leaving for dinner. Called Service Experts hoping they could come out Saturday. Instead they gave me a 6-10pm the same day. Technician (Jimmy) called to let me know approx. arrival time. He called again when arriving at our home so I could meet him there (We were able to finish dinner). Also received a call from Tony advising he was in the area and would stop by to see if Jimmy needed help. Jimmy diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the faulty part. Besides being a very competent tech Jimmy is very personable and a pleasure to have in our home. We also have experience with Kyle and he is A+ as well. Nothing but good things to say about this company especially the technicians. (7/8/23 UPDATE: Emergency service required on Saturday while we are out of town. Called company at approximately 11am. Was told a technician was working in the area. Gave me a 12-4 appt. window. I supplied a phone number for my neighbor for access. Octavious arrived at 2:00, diagnosed and fixed the problem, called me and forwarded photos and paperwork via email. I can't speak for other Service Experts franchises but the one in Ft. Myers, FL is outstanding.

Staff and technicians are professional and knowledgeable. They are on time in the time frame promised. Technicians do a thorough check.The maintenance program is a great value and saves money.
Antonio, our service guy, was great, explained the work, and saved me money by letting me know that the filters I had just purchased were no longer required.
Octavious came out today to do my twice yearly maintenance. He has done this for me before. He is consistently professional and courteous. He relays information that is useful & easy to understand. I always feel like I'm in good hands with Octavios and that he will take good care of my A/C system. Kyle P 636 came out today for my twice yearly a/c maintenance. He is now my new favorite tech. Very professional & did a thorough inspection. He changed my filters & he gave me an update on the condition of my a/c. I will be requesting Kyle for my future a/c maintenance. Please pay & treat him well so he doesn't quit!
Jimmy did a vey good job on our annual service. He explained everything he was going to do, he was very courteous and respectful of our home. I would highly recommend him for your service needs.

They absolutely ripped off my 93 year old grandmother. They charged her $2395 to replace her old water heater with a new 40 gallon one. I recently paid less than $1300 for a top of the line, wifi and Bluetooth compatible 50 gallon tank. We have now spoken to about 6-7 other people who just had tanks replaced and no one has paid above $1400. To charge her $2395 is absurd. I looked at the work receipt and nothing warranted that amount either. I’m sure the tech saw the opportunity to take advantage of an elderly woman and took it. I would be very careful when hiring this company to work on a home that they feel they can take advantage of.
Jimmy Mathurin came to my home at 10:45 to fix my outside air conditioner unit. It was just installed this morning. It started making loud noises like it was going to blow up. Jimmy came late at night and was able to fix the problem. He was very professional and had an easygoing attitude. Would recommend him for a raise in pay.
Thanks to Cole for diagnosing the problem of having to small of an air conditioning unit Mike and Peterson came out and installed a new Lennox unit runs like a charm. I was very impressed with the clean work after the installed the new unit Thanks for Pablo on getting all the paperwork over and responding to my questions Very happy with all of the service all around

Jimmy is very professional came into my house with booties on right there 3* took time an clean up my big time dirty filter then installed a new one very professional and I recommend him to any other service expert customers.

Our AC went out on the Saturday before Memorial Day. Jimmy came out and resolved the issue. He was excellent at keeping us informed of the issue and his progress. He was extremely easy to work with

Today, Antonio and Andrew installed a new Lennox air conditioner unit at our house. From the call to alert us that they were on their way, to the moment they left they were extremely professional. In the moments that I disturb them to ask questions, they were extremely patient, warm and proved to be immensely knowledgeable. Every question was answered and I left the experience knowing a little bit more about air conditioning. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
