Called first thing in morning and call was immediately answered and dispatched a tech. This was the day after Hurricane Ian. Paid for service call over the phone. Technican arrived promptly put on shoe covers to not make a mess in the home. He was very polite and communicated problem well and fixed the issue withing 30 minutes! Great customer service and very prompt!
Pure air helped us when we were renting a home in Benita, and got the issue handled right away! Now we own a home in Fort Myers, signed up for the service plan, and have never been happier! We recently had a serious issue with a previous company's bad installation, and they are right there to get it fixed for us at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone!

Joey is a top professional with all the people skills and social graces that make the service experience tip top. In the future, I request only Joey come to my home for service calls. We experienced issues with our 10 year old AC unit this afternoon. I called PureAir because Google showed that they had the most experience of the AC repair businesses in my area. They dispatched a technician promptly. The AC technician that arrived was Mason Roberts. Mason was very professional and offered an abundance of optimism even before he inspected our AC unit. While inspecting, Mason was more than happy to share some of his recommendations that obviously come from years of experience and expertise. He had my AC back up and running in no time. Due to the prompt dispatching of a technician, and that technicians professionalism and can-do attitude, we will definitely call Pure Air again.
My service technician today was Chris S. who was superb. He provided service much beyond what I expected. I will definitely ask for Chris when I have PURE AIR back for my system maintenance & repair.
Chris was our HVAC technician and he was fantastic. He was so much more detailed than any of the previous HVAC companies I have dealt with. He came with recommendations and showed me pictures from the inside of my unit. He identified an issue and mitigated it quickly
Mason did an outstanding job! Very polite and professional! Went over the system throughout and show me what was needed. Very impressed.
Chris was thoroughly professional, providing pictures of the units, explaining each and what services should be considered to keep the A/C fully functioning.
Chris was great , completed maintenance on our HVAC system and installed a new thermostat .

Chris was amazing! He was extremely pleasant, polite, polished and professional. Pure Air is blessed to have him on their team! He reviewed both attics and took photos of the problems to ensure we understood the issues. He was very thorough and generous with his time. We then had an estimate before he left. We've been taken advantage by A/C companies in the past, but Chris' knowledge, experience and presentation reassured us to use Pure Air. We will be scheduling service next week. Thank you, Chris. Pure Air was recommended by Trane for our warranty work. They showed up on time, ordered the necessary parts and installed the next work day! Originally we were referred to two other not-Trane certified companies and they just wasted our time and $$$. We are happy to recommend Pure Air and have signed up for a maintenance plan with them.

I was expecting a very large group of guests for St Patrick's Day. Lots of cooking and oven use! Air conditioning went out, and at 8:30 am on 3/17, Pure Air sent out Ian. He diagnosed the problem, they had to search for the part, and all was in working order by 11:30 am! I am very grateful, and impressed!
