My LG washer was leaking. Just my luck it was two weeks out of the 1-year warranty. I found the problem which was an 8-inch rubber hose that went from the tub to the drain pump. I called LG and after about an hour on the phone they could not find the part. So, I called Home Depot where I purchase the washer. They have a number to call that will find needed parts for you. They could not find the part. Same thing at Ace Hardware. Ace told me to go to Furguson Plumbing. They could not find the part and they could not find the part, but recommended a service company near them, However, they did not work on LG or Samsung washers. I was getting desperate. Went online and found Posetek that had great reviews. I went to the business and a service man took a picture of the part and wrote the part number down. He said he would try to find the part but it would take a while. I was driving home, and he called me. HE HAD FOUND THE PART. He ordered it for me and two days later I had the part. I know from now on for any appliance repairs, I will be calling them.
Had a major leak in my air conditioning unit in the attic. Posetek resolved the issue and were very attentive to the detail.
I recently had my AC system replaced by Posetek Services. I can't say enough about how satisfied I'm with the entire process. The estimate was easy to arrange and understand. A variety of units were available. The project actually cost a little less than the estimate. On the install day Chris stopped by to make sure that the job was in progress. Than later in the day Chris returned with Joe (the owner) to make sure the job was correct and that I was satisfied. The technicians that completed the install were friendly and answered by questions. They cleaned up when they were done. This company exceeded all of my expectations. If you have AC issues I strongly recommend you contact Posetek Services.

Luis and Jaime were very professional and knowledgeable. Arrived on time and performed the schedule maintenance. Afterwards they explained what they had done and gave simple recommendations regarding bushes around the units. Even took care of trimming them back. I am very pleased and highly recommend Posetek.

Just a quick note of thanks and praise for the fantastic team at Posetek. From the minute Alicia picked up the phone to the scheduling team to Frank our incredible repair man, the experience was wonderful. It isn't often that we take the time to say the good and my gosh we should more often. Let me quickly explain that by the time I reached Alicia that day my nerves were shot. I purchased an expensive fridge ... reputable brand and had a major failure. When I contacted the company I bought it from and subsequently the manufacturer I was told I would not be able to get help for weeks possibly even JULY! Can you imagine? So, here I am expecting a house full of family to arrive the next day for a week with no fridge! Sadly that same day I had a pipe break and had an emergency plumber at my house. LOL yep ... just one of those days!!! When I called Posetek, I was greeted by Alicia with true kindness, she listened to my situation and set proper expectations. Alicia took all my information and asked to do some checking and get back to me ... within a very short time she called back and was able to help expedite a tech on site that day! Frank responded timely and while the repair needed parts ordered ... what started off as a terrible situation resulted in a well executed response and efficient follow up. I live in Canada, and used Posetek when I visited Florida on several occassions, I found their service and quality is second to none!! The head technician is the master of appliance repair, knows appliances inside out, Mr. Joe P. I called him from Canada when I had problems, that is how much confidence I had in him. Within 30 seconds of speaking to him, he had identified the problem and sent me parts. He instructed me over the phone and by video how to resolve the problem. I was more than happy to pay his service call and the parts. The company was incredible!!!

These guys got on the repair super fast and efficient. I am all nice and cool after a day and half of letting them know it was broken. The other folks I called and asked for a service call have not even gotten to me yet To bad I spent my money on the peeps that fixed my stuff
5 star appliance service experience today!!!! I am not easily impressed, but Posetek was on time, called before they came and the gentleman, Angelo that serviced our appliance was fantastic! He was professional, communicated the issues and fixed everything. Great company and great person (Angelo) who helped us. Will definitely use them again due to the great experience - thank you Posetek!

I live in Canada, I met Joe and his team years ago. I had a problem with my self cleaning oven door, and I had Joe's contact number, the service was remarkable how he guided me to unlock the door. He knows appliances inside out!! Very hard to find someone as customer service driven and hands on as Joe from Posetek!!
Angelo is diligent, thoughtful and attentive. Truly someone you want on your side when the appliance decides it's not going to work today.
I have used Posetek for 3 different air conditioning systems and continue to keep a service contract with them. They offer very fair pricing for great quality systems. Two homes systems were installed that had nothing at all. Only window shakers! They did all the planning, duct work and system install perfectly. Joe is an awesome man and owner and will treat you like family. You will not be disappointed and he will always treat you fairly. Five star service in every way. I had a problem at my home right after hurricane Irma and Posetek rushed to keep me cool. Call them and relax!

Joe and his team are the best. They redid my whole HVAC system at a home I purchased and I couldn’t be happier. The price was very fair and they were punctual, very neat and the system works great. I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else. Joe even sent a crew over to do my mom’s house on the east coast. Again, they were incredible. I trust Joe and his team implicitly.
