I woke up to no air on a Sunday during Fourth of July weekend ! Peguin air answered my call first thing in the AM and my amazing tech Marcelo was at my door within the hour .His knowledge and expertise shown though as he fixed my air and renewed my service contract all while informing me what exactly the issue was ! He a true asset to penguin air ! If you have any issues call penguin and ask for Marcelo ! You’ll be glad you did ! Thank you soo much 👍 you have a customer for life !
Amazing! I called at 600 and my air was back up and running by 830. Keep in mind it was a Sunday and 4th of July weekend.
Had an emergency with our air conditioner not working when we arrived home. They came on a Sunday night and handled it perfectly.

Called for service, wasn’t an emergency and could have waited a few days (Garage A/C) but they were out within two hours on a Saturday and did a great job. A/C is back up and running.
This is a a very great responsive professional company and the technician Marcelo that they always send to my home is wonderful knows what he's doing no nonsense and never tries to sell me anything! I trust them and I've been using them since I installed my new AC system with them in 2015. Molly

I left a voicemail last night and Nelson called me first thing in the morning. He had a tech here to do the cleaning within 1 hour and my ac was working again. I even signed up for their service agreement.
Had new AC system installed. Glen and Evan did an excellent job installing It and answering all our many guestions. Very knowledgeable and worked efficiently. Did a good clean up job when done! Can’t forget Steve and all his help. Had it done in less than a day. Thanks for a great job!
Steve and Nate were awesome! Steve was helping me find the correct unit to fit in my condo, Friday night and then again on Saturday. His efforts lead to a Wednesday install. Nate was great during the install. He showed me some tips on how the new unit works and improved the setup from the old unit. Going to keep using this company for the future. Thanks guys!

Glenn is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond with service. We purchased a new HVAC system and Glenn personally came out three times to adjust air flow and speed to even out the temperatures throughout our home. He is always available to chat, even on off hours/ days. He also helped me troubleshoot an issue with an HVAC system at another property in a different state!
Couldn't believe it! It was a holiday disaster, and they booked my appointment immediately--amazing. Very polite, customer oriented and so personable. They got the job done in record time. I have "heat!"
It was the day after Christmas so they were very busy. They got here late evening. Very polite. Did a great job. Very reasonable. Diligent. I will use them for all my heating and air needs.

We have used Penguin Air for more than 12 years! They have taken care of us during emergencies, Repairs, complete replacement and routine maintenance. They are our go to service company. We rely on them and they come through for us!!
For over 2 weeks another A/C company tried and failed to repair our HVAC unit for my business. Pegiun Air fixed the problem in 1 business day. I couldn't ask for more professional service. Glen, thanks a mil. I do really appreciate you guyz.
