Was in a major jam with HVAC issues the day before having to leave town. Company we had a contract with would not respond. Called Optimum and they listened and responded. It is always unfortunate when your A/C goes out. Optimum Air is prompt, professional, and HONEST! Every interaction I have had with this company, from the person who answers the phone to the technician who comes to my house, has been positive! I recommend them to everyone I know.
Highly recommended to anyone needing HVAC. As a realtor for 15 years, I researched numerous companies and several estimates. When it came down to making a decision who to hire, no question it was Optimum Air. Absolutely hands down professional replacement of our AC System and removal and replacement with new ducts. This visit was a service call to determine why I have a couple of supply vents producing condensation. Chandler braved my hot attic to find out I have insulation issues, but nothing wrong with the actual system. He was fast, friendly, professional and very helpful, as usual.
6/23 - We replaced one of our units and Patrick helped us with a great price, Andy & Sam did a great job installing. Really appreciate this outfit. 10/22 - Optimum Air has helped us a ton and we will continue using them for our HVAC needs. From the owner to his employees, this team is responsive and professional.
I had a great experience with my Tech guy, Kyle. He was on time, very Professional and informative on my Brand Purchase, Finances in what I could afford! I was Thankful that Optimum Air was able to work with my needs! I believe I made a good purchase, I feel very comfortable about my choice with the help of Kyle, And I'm very pleased about the whole process and experience with this Company! I just had a brand new Air conditioning units installed which was really well done but we discovered the outside unit was very un usually loud after my initial contact with office the owner himself took on the case after initial attempt on repair he agreed that it should be replaced and thankfully today they completed the work. So far excellent work.
All parties were prompt and on time. They made great use of their time. Andy, Sammy, and Patrick. The install was fast professional and courteous. They cleaned up well after themselves and my home is as cool as its ever been.
It was discovered during our 6 month maintenance check that we needed to replace our evaporator coil. Sam and Adam came out and replaced the coil as well as installed an I-wave purification system today. They arrived on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. They completed the project in a timely manner and with a smile! Another great job by Optimum Air!!

Had a capacitor go dead causing my unit to shut off. I knew I had to call Optimum Air after receiving exceptional regular maintenance service from Sam a couple months ago. This time Patrick came and also provided a perfect customer service experience. Pat was able to show up early the next morning after my call (super thankful because my house was very hot with no AC), and quickly diagnosed and fixed my problem while also providing knowledge to me along the way. Highly recommend Optimum Air!
Pat was honest, helpful and very informative. He answered all of my questions. Originally he came to start a contract for routine maintenance, however found some issues that needed immediate attention. He was able to ensure that I was given the proper information, showed me the issues and gave me the options I had to fix the issues without pressure. Highly recommend!!
Andy and Sam were very professional and did their best completing the air conditioning installation from start to finish. Very affordable price compared to others.
Optima arrived promptly on time as scheduled.The two engineers named Sam and Andy performed excellent service in replacing my whole air conditioning system both internal and external with a UV light, along with a brand new wi-fi controlled thermal stat, something for which I am very pleased with. The whole job was carried out very professionally, competently. I found Sam and Andy very responsible to my inquires and they left my house in a very good condition, I was very pleased with their quality of workman ship that they provided in my house. I have no hesitation to recommend Optima represented by the likes of Patrick,Sam and Andy.
Optimum Air is a top-notch HVAC organization. The scheduler worked with me, and I ask lots of questions before purchases, to have our AC system replaced following ‘IAN’. The owner came by and provided a timely quote on a ComfortMaker system. The Installation experience was stellar. Sam and Andy were right on time. They performed the install, and then…wait for it… cleaned up after themselves. When was the last time a service person did that effectively? I selected Optimum Air (OA) for several reasons…1. LaVonne took my initial call and was very helpful, and pleasant to work with. 2. The owner arrived, accessed my needs, and provided a clear and timely quote, without attempts to upsell. 3. My research revealed many positive experiences from OA customers. 4. I have owned & had good experiences with the ComfortMaker brand, which is owned by Carrier. 5. I prefer to work with a smaller, local company, I find they tend to provide better service. Bottom line, I knew the product, I requested a quote and was happy with every aspect of the OA process.
Always fair pricing and choices given for repair work. Patrick is the best!
