I have been using One Way Air since they started!!! Still Amazing! Excellent customer service! On time! Better value than any other company I’ve ever used! Ryan is Professional! Knowledgeable! Thorough and a great technician!!!! Made sure all was in working order! Called ahead! Explained everything to a ‘T’! Cleaned up after….A++++++++ 1000% recommended!!!!!! Wouldn’t use ANYONE ELSE!
Mike came out in the night and fixed our air within 30 min. He was thorough and very polite. I highly recommend this company and will use them all of the time. Thank you for being a honest and polite company!.

Michael from One Way Air was so fast and efficient when coming to my home to fix my A/C problem. He fixed it in about 30 minutes after arriving. They were very affordable as well. Thank you so much Michael for helping us. We really appreciate it! Will be using them again. 😊
Fabulous job, efficient and… they swept the area when they were finished. Chase & his guys did a great install.
Stated would be @ my home between 1-3pm, Kyle stated maybe @ noon. He stated he called, but no record of this. No one showed up between 1-3pm. I called close to 5pm. He stated he could have someone there in approximately 25 minutes. I had enough. Told them I do not want their business. He called back several times. Had to block number, then called me back several times from another number as my son told him not to call back. He called again. Blocked that number. Two guys showed up at 5:30pm stating they were scheduled from 4-6pm. I apologized that the owner did not inform them I would not do business with them and hoped they didn't have to drive too far.
OneWay Air did an outstanding job as usual . They are very efficient and have a genuine concern that everything is working correctly.

EXCELLENCE!! Old school customer service where everybody genuinely cares & does their absolute best to take care of you...true rarity these days and were professional & proficient as they come. Our clinic had a unit go out & they moved mountains through the City & supplies & coordinating. Our old dinosaur unit wasn't light & in the ceiling & these 2 guys made it look like a breeze. I was even able to continue to operate. These guys saved our tails. Excellent quality & pricing. They get all my business now. Relationship builders. Such a BLESSING & so refreshing to find a company like this that believes & practices excellence at every level. THIS is the ONE phone call you make.
