I had the pleasure of meeting Brandon today when he arrived to provide AC maintenence. He was prompt, efficient, courteous and went out of his way to check the filter sizes i needed. Thank you and I look forward to using Kobie Kooling for my AC needs in the future!
These guys are fantastic always professional and always explain everything. Never try add more fees or nickel and dime. In fact they try save you money. They typically get out same day if I have an issue. I would recommend them.
After a frantic weekend of trying to figure out what another company did to my AC, only for them to send me an invoice for a new unit for 7500 dollars, I called Kobie for a second opinion at the advice of my neighbor. Brandon the tech was wonderful. And he diagnosed the issue quickly! I was also impressed that Mark called me over the weekend to make sure someone would get out to me today. Top notch company. I will use them again the future. They literally saved me THOUSANDS of dollars. Thank you Kobie!!!!
Very professional and timely
They were my A/C company for years. I was having trouble with system and it was recommended by them that i get a new system. Technician told me that it would be three months before they could install a new system. Because of that I got prices from other companies and went with another company. Hired company, permit pulled, installation completed, and inspection completed by collier county on Feb 15, 2023. On Feb 17, 2023 a collier county inspector came to my door and told me a complaint had been filed by Kobie Kooling because I had not pulled a permit. I told inspector that permit had been pulled and collier county had inspected the job on Wednesday, feb 15. He found it on record and told me he would contact Kobie Kooling and close the case. Very petty on Kobie Kooling’s part to report me for not having a permit because they lost my business. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Had our six month maintenance check. The technician Mark Eaton was very detailed and thorough. He found a concern with the AC drain and he proactively fixed the issue to avoid future problems. I am happy with the services provided and would recommend Kobie Kooling to anyone in need of AC maintenance/repair.
Billy Middleton came yesterday to do an estimate. He is a credit to the HVAC profession. Explained everything in detail Previous air conditioning company installed the wrong size unit. Very reasonable Price What impressed me about Kobie Cooling as a Retired Plumber something I always said it’s not the price it’s the service after the sale that counts !! We are thrilled to have Kobie cooling for our Air conditioning needs. We just switched over to them from another local company that got bought out and were doing a terrible job. This company you can tell right from the start cares about their customers. Our technician was very nice and thorough. He was outside our home and also noticed we had a gas leak that he informed us about. We have been away and hadn’t noticed. Thankfully for Curtis he told us who to contact. He also saw that we had put a mini spilt in our garage. He cleaned it and set us up with a twice yearly maintenance plan when they come do our air. If you are thinking about hiring a company to take care of you Air conditioning needs look no further than Kobie Cooling….You will not be disappointed. Thanks again for everything!

Kobie Kooling is by far the best AC company we have worked with in our 23 years in Naples. They are responsive, knowledgeable, professional and kind. They saved our system years ago after 3 different companies told us our system was shot. In no time at all, they had us up and running for a rate, below what the others wanted to charge without knowing if they could fix it. Several years later after taking good care of our system, again thanks to the caliber of their technicians, we are ready for a new system which will be installed in the next week or two. Thank You….and my sister who lost everything in Ian is being helped by Kobie and thanks to Fred will have a new AC so she can put her house and life back together. Thank you AGAIN❣️ Kate & Lew D.
Called them after hurricane Ian, packaged ac unit not working, found problems corrected them and got unit working again. Was very helpful in trying to save unit and we are very grateful for their service for the last 5-6 years. would highly recommend Kobie Kooling!
They damaged the ceiling during our AC work. Then it was repaired but they refused to paint the ceiling but they broke it.
Jordan Suanez was our mechanic he and was the best. We highly recommend him!

They came to my home at the promised time, went diligently about their work in an efficient and professional manner, kept me informed during the entire work day, were polite and available for all of my questions and completed their assignment (including clean-up) at the promised time. I am grateful for their effort and delighted to recommend them to future customers.
Kobie Kooling is amazing! We appreciate the hard work they put into keeping us cool here at Scott's Miracle Gro. Brandon is our regular service technician and after having him come out and service our AC split units, we decided that it was time for an upgrade. Brandon and his team came out on a Saturday and installed a new AC unit for our office! It works fabulous! Thank you Kobie Kooling!!
Called them up and they had someone out to our house within an hour to troubleshoot why my A/C system wasn't working. Richard Rodriguez was our technician - he was prompt, professional and efficient. Told me very plainly what was wrong and then fixed it - simple as that. I was very pleased - with his work, and having a cool home again. I now have a service contract and was able to proactively schedule our 6-month service appointment. Very glad I contacted them!
