They DO NOT offer 24/7 Service. AC quit 6pm on a Friday and message said call back on Monday for Service, even though I have a service contract with them.
These guys always go “ABOVE&BEYOND!” After 15+yrs and several homes/rental units never been disappointed or felt like they overcharged!! THATS TREMENDOUS 🙏🏼
We scheduled an appointment for routine maintenance and received a call from their office to reschedule to a different day/time. The tech never called or showed up for the second appointment. We pay for a service contract and are so disappointed. They also have stopped taking after hours emergency calls. My husband left work early each day they were supposed to come. Lost income and total waste of time.
Horrible experience with this company, job was left incomplete I called the office inquiring when the job would be finished the owner then proceeded to cuss and scream at me telling me to get lost, so now Im left with a incomplete job, owner was extremely unprofessional and highly aggressive towards the elderly
I am so disappointed with KAKAC. Initially I was pleased. Unfortunately, two years later I now realize I was being taken advantage of. All the initial workers are no longer with KAKAC. My replacement home unit was never permitted and the existing ductwork cannot support the upgraded system.(I was never informed) when I asked about the black residue on the vents, I was told it was due to my Yankee candle(I’ve burned for over 25 years and NEVER had issue).only to be informed it’s the added air produced from a larger unit that forced an opening causing slow moisture and mold. Now, I either need to go back down to a 2 ton or replace entire duct system. Shameful business tactics and here today gone tomorrow mentality. Demanded my maintenance fee returned and then off my property. Calling DBPR and filing a complaint.
Great to deal with. Have known Kevin for years. Comes out to fix problems right away. Had new ac put in years ago running great. Had mini spilt put in also. Also did all my duct work. Caleb was a very nice tech that came out today for maintenance. Thank you!

I called on a Sunday morning and Kyle was at my mom's in just a few hours. He was very professional and did an excellent job so my mom would have heat that day and evening which was one of the coldest nights of the year. I would definitely recommend and will call him again. Thank you Kyle and Crystal for taking care of so quickly and especially on a Sunday. Rare to find a dependable business today.
After contacting Kevin A. Kobie we had a very polite, professional and thorough Service Technician at our house. Billy Love was wonderful. This was our first experience with Kevin A Kobie. I can not say enough about Kevin A Kobie Air Conditioning. In the past year I have needed repairs on two occasions (different, unrelated repairs). Easy to get ahold of, super responsive, technicians have given very honest opinions and performed great work based upon that. I would highly recommend Kevin's for all emergency A/C repairs, replacements, and maintenance. Thank you!!!
I live in Gulf Harbour and our condo association insists on using Kevin A Kobe. They have now broken our a/c system twice. The management company, Suitor, Middleton Cox is unethical and insists on using them after they have broken our a/c not once but twice. This a/c company is unscrupulous and I highly do not recommend using them ever!!!
I have known Kevin for many years he has top integrity in his workmanship and his honesty with what is required by Florida law and in Florida you want your air conditioning system to be the top notch system. So glad Kevin you are looking out for all of us and making sure that the fake contractors are taken out of circulation. Great job whistle blowing in Fort Myers

David responded quickly, found the problem immediately, fixed it, explained it, and made it easier for us to prevent the problem from arising again. This is the first 'emergency' call we'd placed to Kobie. We had called for a service visit before. Both times they've sent nice, professional and clearly competent staff. We will use Kobie again and we will certainly recommend to anyone we know.
My AC needed to be replaced, while waiting on my landlords approval, Kevin Jr. knew I needed cooling for my home till then, he went to Home Depot, purchased two portable floor units for me to use till my new AC was installed, I can’t begin to tell you how much this meant to me, Iam very grateful to him and the company!
