Ask for Chloé as repair tech.....da bomb!
Steve did a great job repairing my AC today. Very thorough and explained everything throughout the process.
Update: I have had Integrity Air out again. Once again, they did a great job communicating and getting the part for the install. Highly Recommend
Integrity Air was sent to my home by my home warranty company when my ac unit was not cooling to the set temp. The tech informed us that the issue causing the problem would not be covered by the warranty company, but would “try” to get it approved. In the meantime, he would send us a quote for a new unit. The tech then proceeded to write the warranty work request up as “not normal wear and tear”. OBVIOUSLY, the request was denied. We called another ac company out for a second opinion. The wonderful tech simply cleaned our unit for $195.00 and informed us our unit was working properly. I find it highly offensive that a company that calls themselves “integrity” and travels around town in vehicles with a cross on them is so dishonest! Do your homework!
My A/C went out on a Sat. evening, of course over the week-end. As I am am AHS customer I immediately requested a service call and paid my $125. First thing Monday morning I received a call from Integrity Air and they dispatched a repairman for between 1-4 on Tuesday. (I picked up a small window unit on Sunday to hold me over). Arthur arrived right a 1:00 and within an hour my A/C was fixed and cooling. (Bad capacitor). AHS and Integrity served me well.
I really liked Integrity Air. They showed up quickly and resolved our AC issues. I do wonder if this wiring is code though? I would prefer it was below the fan cover. I looked it online and this is referred to as a "quick fix"...Wondering if its possible to clean this up a bit for us?
I was skeptical when AHS assigned Integrity to us through the home warranty. The reviews for warranty calls aren’t great…….Skepticism gone and had the BEST experience with Steve. He took his time, explained some maintenance (newly moved from PA) for FL, and because he was thorough & took the time, found out the actual issue. Had to wait for a part from the manufacturer but had it installed the same day they received it. When speaking with the woman inside (sorry, can’t remember name), she was helpful and followed up promptly on our claim and process. I will definitely use Integrity again.
Jacob, the technician, showed up on time and analyzed my problem in short order. It was a blower motor issue. He had a new motor in his truck and replaced it. He was done in an hour and I now have heat and A/C again. Jacob was friendly and very professional and competent. Great guy. Great technician!
My indoor air handler had sloped and no longer level causing the condensate to drain away from the PVC drain and shut off value, so naturally the condensate was overflowing the on opposite side of the condensate drain pipe. I called American Home Shield, paid the $75 fee and they sent out a company called Integrity Air conditioning, Inc. The boy that came did not look at the unit in the utility closet, only at the return air grill. 5 minutes after Integrity Air Conditioning's non-diagnosis, since he did not look at air handler in the utility closet, I had a quote for over $6200 to replace my entire, WORKING GREAT air conditioning system. (I called to repair a condensate drain issue!!) The boy said the coil was dirty, and I told him my contract will cover it if dirty. He calls his office and my coil went from dirty coil to a MOLD coil which terminates my warranty repairs. When I called their office, I was told that my coil was dirty and leaking FREON! Asked why was my AC working so great, she said it would stop working soon. I asked why replace outside condensing unit, too if it was only the coil and she said the State of Florida requires you to replace both units when puling a permit, because the State will not allow them to replace just the air handler or just the condensing unit. Asked for a copy of the MOLD report/test and was told to CALL AHS! I called AHS asking for a copy of this so-called Mold test/report and was told to CALL INTEGRITY AC! Another company looked at my condensate drain issue knew exactly how to fix my drain and I did not need to replace a WORKING Air Conditioning System for $6200! I simply needed a new stand for my air handler since it was no longer level and tilting back, along with raising the unit so drainage flowed out the condensate drain pipe. SAVED over $5000! AHS and Integrity are pulling quite a scam. Telling folks that they have MOLD without report/tests so they can deny warranty claims, then trying to clip them for over $6

JD and Pedro were professional, courteous and did a great job installing our new AC system. They spent the entire day on the job, and cleaned up afterwards, which we very much appreciated.
I am extremely pleased by the exceptional service provided by Seth, JD, and Pedro. I needed a completely new AC system after Hurricane Ian. Seth was so knowledgeable, and professional and even took extra time to answer all my questions. He was able to schedule my install within 2 days. JD and Pedro showed up to do the installation and worked non-stop in the relentless heat. They had to disassemble and reassemble the air handler in the garage ceiling with only a few feet to work in. They finished earlier than expected and took the time to show me the new features of the wireless thermostat. They were so polite and professional. My A/C has been working so well that I am actually cold in the evening and have to turn it up. I would highly recommend Integrity Air Conditioning Services!
JD& Pedro did a fantastic job installing my new a/c. They kept everything neat and organized and cleaned up very well when they finished. Office ladies did a great job at explaining the process and answering any of my questions. I love my new a/c, Thank you Integrity!!
American Home Shield sent them out to repair my AC. it took them weeks to get the part with the only communication between them and I was by me calling them. Hours after they repaired my AC water was leaking through the roof in my garage. Their response was that the leveling was off and it was their experience that Wouldn’t be covered by American Home Shield. My response was that they should be responsible for it since it was level for the 14 years prior to their technician working on it. They offered be a quote for the repairs. They are the last company I would ever call for service
This company is great! We had another company try to sell us a new AC, but Integrity came in and it turned out we just needed a new capacitor. Very pleased and would highly recommend!
These guys were the servicers for my home warranty. They told me one story, and then told the warranty company another one so that the warranty company would not cover the repairs. Then, when I tried to call them, they would either not answer the phone, wouldn't return voicemails, or would pick up the phone and then hang up. As a result I am having my air conditioning system and ductwork completely replaced by one of their competitors. It's a shame, because their techs were nice. But company does not stand up for the customer when push comes to shove #disappointed #AHS #integrityair
My husband and I had our complete air conditioning system replaced by Integrity Air Conditioning and at this point are extremely happy. JD and Pedro showed up earlier than expected and stayed until about 10:30 PM to make sure we had air conditioning. They were extremely polite and professional . Robby set up all the plans and was here with the guys first thing in the morning and stayed long after they were done to be sure everything was good to go. I can't say enough about these guys. Thank you all so much!!! I highly recommend these guys.
If you need to reach this company make sure to have your whole day open because you will have to call about 100 times before they answer...
Ahs assigned integrity to fix our ac. Person calling to schedule appointment was quite rude. Called ahs back and told them not to send this company to our house anymore. Other company sent out was great.
I had my air handler replaced by integrity Air, my experience very satisfactory. They responded to all my concern and were overly willing to perform the job. Tech were prompt and courteous, office staff was ver polite and understood my needs. I also spoke with the owner “Michele” she was I’m where R U? accommodating and woman of her word. I will definitely do business with Integrity air in the future.
