The technician Jesse & his helper did an amazing job.also Robin sales man made it happen , called yesterday and told Robin are old air conditioning is failing, Robin got Jesse out the next day to put in a Lennox signature series.
Awesome customer service Alex is a great guy. Alex is the best customer service person I’ve ever dealt with. He’s awesome dealing with true concern. He put my family and grandchildren first. The install team of Carlos and Pedro were very good, professional, clean and respectful. They did an excellent job.
Ryan the A/C Technician is very professional in managing the trouble shooting. He diagnosed the problem and while not able to solve it immediately he immediately placed the order for the replacement part. He mentioned to me that more than likely, it will be ready tomorrow. Ryan did an outstanding job in answering my questions. Great job.

I have used Gulf Shore Cooling twice now - once on getting all of the ducts redone in my home, and recently getting a compressor replaced. Their pricing is fair for the area, and their customer service team is helpful and responsive. On my most recent experience with GSC, Chris and Jose were able to get to my home within an hour of calling, and diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly. They were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Specifically, I was so impressed with the installation and calibrations of my new. Bryant air-conditioning system. I especially want to give a shout out to the crew who installed the system, and Jose Brito, who patiently walked me through the system, set up for my Honeywell electronic thermostat all in all, you cannot do any better than Gulfshore cooling LLC.

First, Mickey came out, evaluated what we AC we had and provided options for replacement. Current unit was still operating but we were ready to replace it. Gerardo Castillo arrived on time a few days later. Within about 5 hours, we had a new system installed. Excellent service from good technicians. Gerardo explained the unit and thermostat to us before leaving. We are happy with Gulf Shore Cooling!
Exceptional interaction with Warren . Quote for new AC , he was the epitome of professionalism , respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. Provided detailed specifications for each item , listened to my preferences and specific situation and offered options for optimal results without a sales pitch vibe. Was respectful to me and my home , wore booties over shoes and mindful of any debris caused by accessing attic. After spending the last few years and post Ian interacting with contractors for AC, electrical , home repairs, roof, etc who are so overburdened they are unreliable, unresponsive and borderline hostile if you dare ask a question about project you are paying them to provide . Warren presented as a genuinely good guy , which was so refreshing in an era where contractors are interacting as if they are doing you some great favor . Thank you Warren for providing a service with professionalism , friendliness and respect .
This is the second home I’ve had to replace my air conditioner unit. I have worked with Brian Huffman for both homes. He is a phenomenal sales person and their service is amazing from the first phone call to all check ups throughout the year. I highly recommend Gulfshore Cooling!
Installers just left 20 minutes ago, so this is a “current” review! Very cordial and prompt team. Replaced our entire unit in less than a day. I asked a lot of questions which were answered professionally and thoroughly. Temperature is coming down inside and we couldn’t be happier with our Gulf Shore Cooling experience.

Top notch, professional HVAC service by Technician Randy E, who first noticed an operation issue with our home’s AC system while working on our neighbor’s nearby AC condenser, and brought the issue to our attention. We much appreciated this. The subsequent system maintenance and parts replacement service by Randy was thorough, organized, and well-documented (including marking internally within the AC unit the date when the parts were replaced, for future reference). We also appreciate the responsiveness of Gulf Shore’s home office personnel, and their knowledge about the systems their techs work on in the field.
Quality AC unit at a fair price. Install was completed on short notice and on time. Service rep was friendly and completed the AC install without any issues.

Air condition quit in the evening. I called Gulf Shore Cooling. They responded immediately and send a tech to the house. He diagnosed the problem had to order a part and returned the next morning to fix it. Very prompt service. I’m very happy.
