He does not pull permits and a very dishonest person who takes advantage of people of all ages! Read the Collier county news article and you can find others. He tells people they have mold in their duct work and other stories about copper lines needs replaced for a high cost as he did to one of my property owners. DON’T TRUST HIM!! He writes bad checks! I had a costumer I referred him too and he said they have mold in the duct work same story as he did to others and we had A/C Joes to go behind him because the owner felt he was shady and A/C Joes said there is no mold in the duct work and the copper lines didn’t need replaced. If you see that a company has to change their names every couple of years that’s also a warning sign!!
This company came out to my home last week. I called them cause my unit stopped working and I was getting married in two hours I needed my air working. They could’ve sold me anything and I would’ve paid. But instead they said it was my drain line they vacuumed it and that’s it all fixed. I love these guys! Thank you fast ac and healthier home solutions
They installed a new system for us, said I was getting their best installer. If this guy is their best, they won't be in business long. In my opinion, they shouldn't be in business at all! 1st complaint: They lowered the unit and pan, now the emergency pan drain is too low, won't drain. 2nd: The unit was so far out of level, the water was running over the drain pan inside the unit and running out the panels into the pan. 3rd: They called to say, they would come out and do a free checkup. Two techs came out, I showed them the attic access, literally 2 minutes later they claimed to have gone out to the truck, grabbed a ladder, climbed into attic, checked pressures, climbed down and put the ladder away. There is no way! Then these guys tell me I need new copper line set. They claimed the Freon would move through the lines quicker. I called another company to verify the copper line replacement. Totally untrue! They said it would cost $2800.00 4th: The installer had to leave to pick up his child at 6:00 pm. They didn't leave until after 8:00 pm. I would not use this company if they were the only AC contractor in Lee County. Totally un-professional! They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau, for good reason.
If I could give them negative Stars I would. Had a technician come out to fix a leaking drain only to be told that the drip pan was cracked. $350 later I was supposed to have it installed two days after the service technician came, after no call and no show for the appointment I called and was informed that they had to order the pan... No big deal. After two weeks with no information I told them I either needed an update or needed a refund.... one week later I said I definitely need a refund at this point and now after 2 months they have changed their telephone numbers and no one will answer any calls.Worst company I've ever dealt with. Their BBB complaints tell the story of their company.
I met this company today and the friendly vibe that comes from them is nice to see. Out going and respectful. Smart crew there, keep up the good work. We need more people like you guys. 😁
Worst company in Lee county. Ripping old people off for work they dont need.they feed off old ppl the sale guys are all criminals... and if u look at there history with the BBB it is the worst I ever seen... so many reports...they make so much money and cant even pay there Employees on time.. Only to those who know that how dirty they really are. only two supply house in all Lee county that will deal with them... Point being they WRITE BAD CHECKS... and the worst part is that they know it!!!! CRIMINALS
Very nice representative and gave us the time we needed to ask all the questions we needed to answer. The last AC guy wanted so much more and did nothing! Very respectful.
Workers are written bad paychecks with NSF! And not compensated with payroll!!!!!! What a scam!! BEWARE
I have to say I was very sceptical to use this company after reading their reviews. But my husband is in the service business himself and we know how easy it is for anyone to Just leave a bad review even if it wasn't a big deal. So im so happy we went with Fast AC instead of multiple other companies in this area. They were honest and willing to help us with the costs of fixing our air conditioner. I believe their pricing was a little below average for this size company but their work was way above average. The guys Dave and Dan were very clean and respectful with our house. Thank you guys we will recommend you to everyone we know and meet.
I would give them 0 stars. Bamboozled my 93 year old father by driving by and seeing his garage door open. Did some work which developed a leak. Ceiling in garage fell. Dad so upset he suffered a small stroke and died 5 months later. Worst thing that has ever happened in our family. Smooth talkers. They are the worst. Don’t believe positive reviews!!! I MISS MY FATHER!!!
Fast! Maybe they should slow down a little bit when driving. They almost ran my wife and baby off the road on purpose. My wife was in heavy traffic on Bayshore rd. A car was waiting to merge from a side street. My wife let the lady out. That's when apparently it upset Fastac. Because he wipped around my wife and acted like he was going to side swipe her on my babys side of the car. That forced my wife to go off the road. As she was kindly given an inappropriate finger by the Fastac van. These guys are definitely FAST!!!!
There's company prays on the elderly. Told my Uncle he needed a new air conditioner which his air conditioner he had at the time was nothing wrong with it. Paid $7,000 for an air condition unit he did not need. Then they tried to sell him a unit to take the moisture out of the air of the house. That would have cost him another $2,700. All you have to do is go buy a can of damprid and it will take the moisture out of your house. Is company weights to rip off anybody they can rip off. I informed my uncle to notify the state and the Better Business Bureau. You the owner should be ashamed of yourself, you are a disgrace. To rip off the retirees. You should not even be in business. This is from a local guide warning all not to use this company. This company in the owner and the people that work for him or a bunch of Thieves, Liars, deceitful. And will do anything for a buck.
Scum bags they call peppole on do not call list , and try to hustle them for service but will really come out and damage ur unit and say it needs repair , 1 if a ac needs freon there is a leak and if it's working great it does not need to be replaced ac units can run over 20 years with regular filter changes and the occasional coil cleaning don't let these scum fool you
I hope others take the time to read this review, and take my warning seriously. If not, don’t say you weren’t warned... This was my first time using Fast AC. I would have called my usual AC company as I do every year to perform a maintenance service, but they called me to offer a especial deal on a service plan for 1 year. It was a great price for my two units so I went ahead and scheduled for them to come out. The first 2 times the tech called us to come hours early to our appointment, but we were not home as I had explained to his office that we wound’t be. The 3rd time, the tech didn’t call or show up at all. I should have realized what type of business I was dealing with at that point, but their office called a few days later and so again, we re-scheduled (big mistake) for a Friday. I wasn’t home, but my uncle was there to let the tech in. When I got home, I looked to see how the units looked. The air filter wasn’t cleaned, the drain pipes didn’t look like they had been cleaned, and the coils or around them were not cleaned at all. These are all things that their website say they do with this type of service call. I called the tech to inquire about this, but he said the air filter wasn’t “that dirty”, the coils were too old to be cleaned and that he didn’t want to damage them, and that he did clean the drain pipes. He then proceeded to try to sell me an air purifying system for 3K, or if “I preferred” a whole new unit for 11K....I saw that I wasn’t getting anywhere with him, so i called his office the following Monday to speak to a manager. I spoke to Elijah, and explained all this to him. He didn’t address any of my concerns, but instead went straight to the defense of his tech. He also denied my claim that I had paid for that service plan saying there’s no way it would been that cheap. He said he would review my earlier recorded conversation with the office to see what we had agreed on, and then would call me back the next day. He didn’t call me back Tuesday,
Honest!!! That’s all I need to say. Almost ripped by two other companies and then FASTAC fixed it for free. WOW!!
They Keep solicit Calling over and over to solicit business in violation of the law. I am registered on the Do Not Call list but they cold call continuously without any regard to the law. I would never do business with an corp that operates illegally.
Their telemarketing tactics are shameful to the trade, they called my cellphone in violation of the do not call registry. I let them go on about their snake oil sales pitch and then explained to them they just called the owner of one of the biggest most reputable a/c companies in the area.
They take advantage of the elderly
Called me randomly harassing me asking me if I wanted to have my AC Unit check this is very unprofessional and hope you don’t do this to try and get business.
