Great job! Performed preventative maintenance on the system. Made sure everything was running right. They answered all my questions in a professional manner. The tech did a great job. I would highly recommend.
I had a leaking a/c unit on labor day. I called extreme temp. Zack the a/c technician called me back and helped me through the steps. Zack was very professional and helpful fixed my a/c and all is well. Thankyou Zack and extreme temp. Happy labor day everyone.

Extreme Temp Air Conditioning is exactly what you would look for in an HVAC contractor! Extremely responsive, professional technicians/office staff and an overall excellent value. I am so happy I chose to go with extreme temp air conditioning as I will no longer let anyone else do any work to my HVAC system. Look no farther as you will not be disappointed with their service.
The receptionist who set up the appointment mentioned there was an $85 service charge to come see what the issue was with my ac unit. I was under the impression that the $85 would go towards the services I got. The $85 was in addition to the work that was done. When I asked the service tech why they don't waive the $85 service charge when the customer uses their services he called his office. I suggested to the office to be clearer when you set appointments that the $85 fee is additional to the work and the owner got on the phone. The owner told me if I didn't want to pay that they would take their part and leave. He didn't do anything to make the situation better but made it worse. Even when I asked him to put someone else on the phone he refused since he was the owner. I didn't ask for them to waive the $85 I just gave him feedback. He would rather argue with his customer and lose a sale than to accept responsibility for aby miscommunication from his business. I would never recommend anyone use this business.

I received a recommendation from a friend who tells me she wouldn't recommend anyone else! All around excellent experience starting with Cheryl and ending with Anthony. Worked me in when my air conditioner was having a MAJOR head cold with lots of drippy water flooding my utility room. Sinuses are clear here! THANK YOU!
John was professional, knowledgeable, and and excuted the task with a secondhand nature. Not only did he find the reason the system wasn't working and replaced the part, but also identified the root of the failure. Highly recommend him for an AC Technician. Hard to find someone willing to do the job, even harder to find someone willing to go above and beond, especially on a Sunday!!

Brett was very friendly, service minded, and efficient. He saved us on this muggy rainy day. He replaced the time delay circuitboard quickly this morning and now we can breathe again. Wohoo!!
We have used Extreme Air Temp for years. From Randy to Cherly to Tyler our repair man the entire company is customer focused, helpful, friendly, professional, and treats our equipment as if it is theirs. Great company!!!

Randy has a great A/C business. His team has been very professional to work with. They showed up on time and got the job done with out any of the gimmicks and unnecessary up-sales other A/C business have been known to do. I will continue to work with and refer Randy and his company.
I got home at 6:10 yesterday to find out my a/c was not working. Called Extreme and within 1 hour they were at my house diagnosing the problem. The technician had to problem solve based on the age of my unit. He was confident and knowledgeable enough to do so instead of just saying he would have to come back tomorrow with different parts. It allowed us to sleep with a/c last night. Great job especially considering it was an after hours call!
