Happy to RE-SIGN for another year!! We had an existing unit moved from the attic to the garage when we purchased our house and had new ducting installed only to find out the unit leaked a couple of months later. Elite Came immediately to help us within our limited time frame and has preformed professionally every time. They schedule our regular maintenance appointment well in advance to work with our schedules which is most helpful. Melissa has almost exclusively done our regularly scheduled maintenance and is awesome! She is very experienced, punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly. We are very happy to continue our service with Elite and with Melissa.
Great service and people to work with, will continue to be a return customer. Melissa and Alex were amazing. They really and truly care about their customers and take great pride in their work. As long as i am here in Cape Coral they will be our go to for any of our needs. 10/10

All I can say is Elite Air was Elite. From Gus the owner to Alex and Dan the installers everything was professional, timely and to spec. I would highly recommend Elite Air for all your Air Conditioner needs.

Gus and his team did an excellent job of determining the correct size of AC and air handler to replace our older system. They were very courteous, efficient and responsive with quality work. We had Elite clean our dryer vent system and do a yearly A/C check-up and cleaning. They were on time for the appointment and did a great job cleaning out years of lint in our dryer and vent system. They also checked and cleaned the complete A/C system and Gus the owner gave us some good advice on how to do basic maintenance. This is a company you can trust to get the job done correctly.
Update 2023: As always Elite Air Cooling (Melissa Jones in particular) do a wonderful job. We have the basic maintenance plan which includes semi-annual maintenance. Always on-time, friendly and professional. Have been very happy with their services and attention to detail. Highly recommended! ----------------------------------- Original Post 2020: Back in June I learned that my old A/C was under-powered for the size of my home, was working overtime and therefore needed frequent repairs. I contacted multiple (5) HVAC services in the area to get quotes. Elite Air Cooling offered comparable or better equipment than the others, at a better price. The replacement was quick and painless. They did need to come back a few days later to make a minor fan speed adjustment, but since then everything has been working flawlessly. Very professional and friendly group to work with. They are genuinely interested in making the customer happy. Highly recommend them!
These guys are amazing! Our system died and I called the company we were with and they wouldn't help us. I called Elite Air and Melissa was out in under an hour. She was great with our tenants and made sure they were comfortable for the night. Our system was on it's last legs, Gus took time explaining all of our options. We patched the A/C for the night and the next morning worked with Gus again on planning a new system. He was thoughtful and took a lot of time with us figuring out a new system. His pricing was beyond fair, and just an all around great guy to work with. 100% use these guys! They are the BEST!
Tom was our tech very informative and professional. Definitely will recommend. The gentleman that came on 04/04/2023 Alex Morales to replace my ac unit was fast and efficient so thankful we will be sleeping well tonight thanks. Amazing work.
