Very impressed with Ray and Adrian service today.They installed brand new ac unit and could not have been better.Dynamic air was recommended and I will do the same!Good Job!
Dynamic Air has serviced our system for several years. They were chosen by our property managers and we have continued with them since our purchase. They have provided excellent service in the past; however, I was overwhelmed when I called on Saturday afternoon. They were able to get to us on Monday--even with the chaos of post hurricane Ian. He fixed the problem and explained a plan of action in terms I could understand. I am very pleased with Dynamic Air's response!

We have used Dynamic Air several times. I have the Maintenance Plan and it is awesome. Adrian had to uninstall and then reinstall our system properly the first time they came out. The system was not working properly, it was freezing up and leaking. Not to mention it was sitting crooked in our attic. We then purchased the maintenance plan. The price for repair and the maintenance plan is very reasonable and worth it. Last night our air went out. We called after 7:00 pm. Eric answered the phone and said he would send a technician in the morning. (He probably would have sent someone last night, but we were willing to wait until morning.) Roy arrived early. He went right to work and had it repaired and did the maintenance within a half hour. Dynamic Air technicians have always arrived early and are very professional. I highly recommend this company. I wouldn’t think about calling anyone else.

Ran into an issue with my air conditioner. Called Dynamic, and they got someone out super quickly same day, which was huge since I was melting in the SWFL heat. Then they troubleshot and fixed the issue very quickly as well. And this was done for a fair price. I will definitely call Dynamic again for my AC needs in the future.
How refreshing to come across a company who could finally fix the ongoing problem I was having with my a/c units. Not only did they fix the problem they went up and above the call of duty to make sure all of my systems were operating effectively. They didn't just put a band-aid on the problem and walk out the door like most companys will do. They actually took the time to see what was causing the issues. This is a company you can trust, they really care about doing a stellar job. I am blown away and can't wait to refer them to friends- having an a/c company you can rely on, livinig in a hot climate such as Florida is worth it's weight in gold.

DYNAMIC AIR IS THE BEST AC COMPANY IN ALL OF NAPLES/ BONITA SPRINGS AREA. I HAVE WORKED WITH D&D AND BEST HOME SERVICES. THEY DO NOT COMPARE AT ALL. NOT ONLY IS THE OWNER ERIC SO PROFESSIONAL HE HAS QUOTED ME SO MUCH LESS THEN THOSE OTHER COMPANIES. THEY ARE COURTEOUS AND DO A GREAT JOB. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE!!!!
Dynamic Air came out to perform a much needed maintenance to my air system which was not doing it's job properly since we had not maintained it due to Covid. Knowing that it was emergent they sent Adrian right away who took care of our air conditioner. When the standard maintenance of it did not work and the air conditioner continued to leak, he came back out the same day to go above and beyond and add new tubing to solve the problem without any extra charge. He was super professional and the company was great and efficient.

On Monday the air conditioning at home stopped working. We called Dynamic Air upon a recommendation from a neighbor. The company owner. Eric Anderson, answered the call and immediately sent one of his TECHS ,Adam, out to diagnose the problem. He was able to quickly diagnose and make a recommendation. The HVAC system needed to be replaced. Eric was able to arrange to have the unit replaced the next day. Thanks to the installers, Adam and Jose, who arrived on time, took all COVID19 precautions, and went right to work. They replaced the entire system within 4 hrs. When they left, it was as if they were never there. Excellent job, professional crew, and great pricing. Eric came to the home site to ensure we were satisfied with everything, a sign of a good owner and manager. I highly recommend Dynamic Air. Don't settle for less. Thank you for being so responsive and reliable.
Mike of Dynamic Air came out and fixed my AC unit at a reasonable cost. He explained the issues to me in a totally understandable manner I have used Dynamic Air before and had a great experience. Excellent Company. Recomended to all who need AC service. Thank you to Mike especially!
We’ve had a maintenance agreement with Dynamic Air for last couple of years and dealt with them before that. Their technicians are always very courteous and professional. Yesterday our daughter and her family arrived at our condo in Ft Myers for vacation, upon arrival they discovered that the AC was not operating. We live in Ohio and trying to take care of a problem like this remotely can be an anxiety causing situation. I called Dynamic at 1:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday. Eric answered and being familiar with our high rise building was immediately concerned about bad weather in the area, I wasn’t sure where he was going with this but he explained that they are prohibited to work on these systems in high rises during storms. Fortunately the gentleman that was on call lived very close to our condo and Eric must have dispatched him immediately. At 2:30 I received a message from our daughter that the technician had repaired and brought the blown capacitor that had caused the outage down to her and that everything had been repaired! We just could not believe it! One hour after making the initial call, amazing! Today we received our bill for the repair and we were pleasantly surprised by their reasonable fee. We highly recommend Dynamic Air of SW Florida!
Jose was awesome as was the guy that was with him that helped us. He answered all of our questions and treated us as if no question was a waste of time when he could tell we had researched the issue thoroughly. Highly recommend.
We have been dealing with Dynamic Air for the last 4 years and they can be relied upon to give the highest level of professional service and advice. When our coil need replacing last year, they went above and beyond to procure a replacement under warranty rather than just take the easy route of replacing the entire system. The bottom line is you can trust them to give advise in the best interests of their customers.
