Dan O. was our technician today. Professional, polite and very knowledgeable! Also he had our a/c unit repaired & blowing cold air in record timing! A+++ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Excellent pricing. Junipher, from the office was very sweet and professional! She was able to fit me right in their schedule the very next day! I will never use any other a/c company other than this one ever again in the future! They’re worth every penny! Excellent work CoolAir Conditioning!!!

This is not an easy review for us to do. We had been customers for over 10 years and had maintenance contacts during those years with CoolAir. The customer service has gone out the door. Since hurricane Ian the little guy doesn't matter. The commercial business is more important. They tell you someone will call you back however the call does ever come or happen. Was told twice that we will get a phone call back however that never happens. They want to charge us double the price for something that was much less elsewhere. We recommended a family member for a new system and there was an issue with hoses being put in wrong. It's going to be a sad thing, when the market crashes again. The people that were there from the start will be gone due to the treatment of the little guy. UPDATED 6/27/23 Your response makes it really sad and shows how the words from your own employees that promises that Ron and Kevin would call us back. That was out of your supposed managers Christopher's mouth. You really don't know your customers. 😱😱
Lemaine and Chandler were quick to respond to my service call. They showed up and fixed the problem in a professional and timely manner. I would recommend any needing HVAC services in the Lee/Collier County area to give Coolair a call.
An excellent A/C company who came out immediately in response to my asking Home Depot for help. My company could not come out for 4 days but Coolair's Roland Finlay came out and got us going again. I had an old system not worth repairs so I got a favourable quote from them and their install crew were amazing. New energy efficient system installed in one day! 🌝 Highly recommend . ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Mr. Roland and his crew did an exceptional job installing my new AC system. I contacted them through a representative at Home Depot and Mr. Roland touched based with me on Monday. It was installed on Friday. Mr. Roland came back on Saturday to make sure I was satisfied with everything. Mr. Roland went out of his way to help me get the best system for my house at the best price. I highly recommend COOLAIR!
CoolAir has been doing our 6 mo AC checks for a few years now. This week, our AC stopped working. I called them & they sent a tech out same day--thank goodness! Mike Owens was our tech & he was wonderful. Explained the problem & fixed it. It was 95 deg outside, so we were thankful for his help! The company is honest & wonderful!

I had 4 tasks that needed to be accomplished that had many difficult issues from a heated smart mirror to a dedicated outlet for a new bidet that had to be installed under our manufactured home to a fan that didn't fit! All items were taken care of by Dustin and his sidekick, Chandler with no complaints and done with a smile! Coolairs Kevin made it all happen! Tysm! Sherry Cottini

Experienced, knowledgeable Field Estimator, Roland, worked with me to make sure I received the right equipment to replace the hurricane damaged Heat Pump. He was able to give me pricing for a total rewire within hours. The installation HVAC technicians were outstanding as were the electricians who did the rewire. They left the site clean and their work was neatly and expertly installed.
Nick was very informative, knowledgeable and explained the system and what we should do to keep it working optimally. He did the maintenance, changed our thermostat and was very respectful.

They came the same day I called, a Saturday no less, the technician Dorian quickly assessed and repaired, and was very polite and friendly

We are new to the area and Coolair. It tech (Dorian) came out to do an overall check of our system and also installed a UV system. He was very professional and stayed late to get the job completed. I’d recommend them.
