Conditiond Air employees from the sales person that came to my house Jason, to the installers, Alex, Lou, all were highly professional. Alex and Lou are outstanding on their installation of my equipment. Highly knowledgeable attention to detail answer all my questions. I highly recommend Conditiond Air to anyone looking to install or upgrade their systems.
Called this am (sat 6/17/23) and advised my air conditioner wasn’t working properly - and I had 4 kids under 5 - they advertise SAME DAY emergency service . The girl that answered the phone and told me no one cld come out till Monday . So based on the reviews , I made an appt for Monday . About 2:00 pm - we noticed that the garage was flooding - and the a/c completely stopped working - I called again- and asked to send someone out on an ER basis , as it was 90 degrees out - and we cld not wait till Monday - they told me no one cld come out - when I asked if they had emergency service - I was told they do - but they were booked - -. I called another a/c service- BENITEZ cooling n heating .. who advertised same day er - family owned - the last was EXTREMELY nice and head my kids in the background - explained that they were on a job - but understood the severity of this - and she said they have children too - and that they would def come out today - give her a few hours .. within2 hours they came out - fixed the issue AND were extremely reasonable priced ! Moral of the story - SUPPORT SMALL MOM N POP BUSINESSES that care and respect and appreciate customers ! Not sure how this company got the ratings they do.. but they lose my business - and anyone I come in contact with !
Daniel was very knowlegable and efficient - got system running again in about 20 minutes.

After almost being ripped off by another company for a $15,000 acunit, we called this company. They were honest, and fast. Thankfully we got a second opinion from them, and saved $8,000.
Very unprofessional and rude. I was calling a customer in a gated community, Cascades off of Estero Blvd. and they rang me in. A Conditioned-Air van cut in front of me and stole my gate pass.
Went far and beyond to make sure our unit was fix as the temperatures in Florida are getting warmer. Top notch!
Company is very professional. They gave me a fantastic price on my complete AC unit and even a military discount which is respectable. Appointment on Wednesday and install on Friday. Really saved me with the heat today. Thanks guys. Would definitely recommend this company.

Called and left a message, sent an email, and finally spoke with someone about getting a Lennox PureAir S purification system installed and they said they would call me back. Tried for two weeks to get a quote with no return phone call. Finally went with different company who actually answers the phone. Lennox website said that they are a premier dealer????
Technician very knowledgeable. Found a communication problem between my outdoor unit and the air handler in the attic.
I'm not angry at all. I just feel disappointed since when I called to ask to speak to the manager about my job application, the person I spoke to said it would take a few weeks to get in the system. I asked if I could still speak with the manager about my application, and she replied that I would have to wait for it to go through the system. She hung up on me after I said, "Oh, okay," and "Thank you." I wanted to work for this company, but after that phone call, I didn't feel at home.
I have been a customer of Conditioned Air for 17 years and have always received excellent service from quality trained technicians. Having just had 6 month maintenance carried out by ‘Peter’ (for the 2nd time) have to compliment him on his knowledge, skill and manner - excellent service and I hope he receives the rewards he deserves. Tried to make recommendations on Google, but system wouldn’t allow. Well done Conditioned Air - great company!
Called at 8:05 am about system not working. Was given an appt time between 12:00-4:00 but received a call at 9:30 saying that they could be here by 10:00. Brad did an awesome job and had the system running in about an hour. He also checked the system and made a few needed adjustments. Super nice guy and very knowledgeable about his job. Highly recommend!
Kristian was very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He completed our routine HVAC service and educated us on how to flush and vacuum our AC condensate line in between our regularly scheduled maintenance. He’s a real asset to the company!
The tech, Joe was very professional and answered all my questions. He did not rush in servicing my ac and game me an honest evaluation of my ac. I would like to have him back in 6 months to continue with the maintenance work.
Very expensive for small jobs when in need! We have a yearly service contract with Conditioned Air and they still charged us $125 for coming over & diagnostic the thermostat that we knew was not working properly. They charged us another $385 for labor and a thermostat that cost only $40! (Honeywell T40 pro!) that about $345 for labor that took 30 mins. to install! The cost total was $510 for this small job, even though we have a srevice contract with these people! When I asked the owner why so expensive, he replied that we need to make money!!! We will not be extending the contract with Conditioned Air as they take advantage when needed!!
Raymond Scott, our technician, went above and beyond to please us, repair, clean, and inform of the motor problem. Cannot speak highly enough about the service at Condioned Air and Raymond Scott
The lead technician was very knowledgeable and professional and explained the process. He was able to get the AC up and running temporarily until a new part was ordered and the repair could be scheduled. I appreciated having the same technician diagnose the problem and stick with the project until it was completely finished. He and his helper were very polite and quiet while working on the repair.They also made sure everything was clean and put back in place before they left. I feel they went above and beyond expectations!
