We had a different service company come and do maintenance work on our AC unit. After they left, the unit wouldn’t work, they sent out another repair person to look at the unit and then proceeded to tell me that they weren’t trained on this particular brand. I then called coastal cooling for assistance since they were a company affiliated with the brand of the AC unit we had. They sent somebody out within the hour, and the service man took his time and explained what he thought was going on and he got the unit working! I will definitely use this company in the future and highly recommend their services to anyone. Jonathan was the technician for our call and he is a definite asset to this company!

MISERABLE EXPERIENCE dealing with scheduler who was rude, disrespectful and not helpful. It took a month to finally get my 2 new units working after the units had come in. Scheduler was to call me after being notified by AJ, technician that units were in. It took 2 weeks until she called. I had called several times and she never returned my calls. When I did speak to her she rudely blasted me about leaving voicemails for the past 3 weeks. Not true, no voicemails. Several more weekly scheduling delays followed. Day of start up and no one showed up. Office had no explanation for that. Another scheduling delay. I will NEVER deal with coastal again and would suggest to anyone to avoid dealing with them. And that's a shame because technicians AJ, Zach and Jonathan were very helpful and very respectful people to work with. I did expect that in purchasing 2 new units that they would at least have come with a filter. They didn't. SHAME on Coastal Steve Littman
Be Careful! 1. After hour technician was trying to overcharge 10 times for a warranty covered part! 2. The technician left me in a hot house when he had the ability to fix the unit. 3. I was loyal to Coastal Cooling, Inc. for 9 years since the unit was installed. 4. In the past, I never refused to pay, and I have a feeling there have been times when I was charged for warranty covered parts. 5. The operator/secretary (person who took my call), was rude to me, did not offer any solutions, and threatened me with collection.
Good people. They are easy to work with, friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing seemed reasonable when considering it is post-Hurricane Ian and everything and everybody costs so much more. I would definately recommend them.
Very professional. On time and courteous. Explained issue and fixed. I joined the Maintenance program. Well worth it. Would recommend. Mario did fantastic job. Adjusted our vents as well as we didn't know some were closed. Highly recommend them.

Due to the Storm, it effective my Air conditioner that stopped working, got someone to come very quickly and did an excellent job , had me up and running after a couple of hours !!!! Thank you so much for a perfect job again !!!!!! Your awesome
I love this company. The technicians, Dave and Jorge, who did the bi-annual checkups were both fabulous. Both are knowledgeable, experienced and patient with explaining my AC system to me. He also was thorough and checked all parts to make sure that they were working. I recommend the company.
Very professional. Did excellent work and provided amazing service. They even filed my card for me so I got 5 years of coverage from the manufacturer. I would highly recommend their services. They also don't charge you absurdly. UPDATE We have continued our contract with Coastal Cooling. Our usual professional who comes out to take care of our HVAC needs is amazing!! He is friendly, knowledgeable and truly cares that our system is working well. We had a problem with a coil, that was not available anywhere in the country, and they gave me a whole new unit for our home. Best Customer Service Ever
Have been with Coastal Cooling for many years and receive biannual service for best efficiency. Jorge is truly one of the best technicians in the field. A great guy, communicates all aspects of what he is here to do and easily any questions. Makes much appreciated suggestions based on his inspections and service. As a homeowner and owner of a remodeling company myself i have high regards for Jorge and Coastal Cooling !

Started the weekend with no a/c. Called Coastal Cooling and they came out same day. Everyone was great from start to finish, from Brooke in the office to both technicians, Adam and Kevin, that came out to my house. Would definitely recommend them to everyone I know.
