Another great experience with Certified Heating and Cooling! Today our technician Brandon N. came out quickly to install a new thermostat. He was friendly, transparent with what needed to be done along with the cost, and he was efficient! I always recommend Certified Heating and Cooling to anyone who asks for a reliable and quality AC business!
We have used Certified Heating and Cooling numerous times in the past. All of the service individuals that have come out have been good. Brandon who came out today and performed maintenance work did a great job. Very clear in explaining everything.
Frank was super organized, friendly and a great communicator. Certified team have been with us 5+ years. Never a complaint!
Jacob was great! Jacob did an amazing job, explaining what went wrong and how he will fix it. All the technicians are amazing. Jacob today was professional, pleasant and efficient. Certified has consistently been great. He went above and beyond. Bradon was here Friday and he too did a great job. Both Jacob and Brandon explained what was happening, showed pictures etc. Great service
Jacob was on time and super helpful getting our AC unit back up and running. Explaining everything along the way and offering tips for maintenance.
For some reason the company we had maintenance with couldn't give us an appointment till middle of February '23, so looking for other company found Certified and took a gamble, they gave us an appointment same day. Can you believe that. Jennifer said Brandon the technician will be there and solve an issue we had with the system. Brandon, very knowledgeable, solved the problem. We have now a new maintenance company. Thanks Certified staff.

Jacob was very helpful during our last visit. He was able to check out the AC and give suggestions on how to fix the issues we have. After shopping around for quotes, Certified had the best options and what seemed to be the most honest opinion. If you’re looking for someone to come and give you great advice, definitely call Certified.

I like Jacob, he’s very kind and respectful, he always puts things back where they belong and in the two visits I’ve had from him he’s done everything he could do for me. I’ve had alot of issues with my ac cooling the house ever since Conditioned Air installed it. For now I’m pleased with Certified heating and cooling.
I have been dealing with Certified for more than 5 years, and have never had a bad experience. The technicians are always very nice, professional and knowledgeable. If they aren't sure about something in our very complex unit, they call for advice and always get it fixed. I have dealt with a number of other HVAC companies during my 37 years of homeownership, but none as good as Certified.
Certified Heating and Cooling responded rapidly to a call concerning my A/C. I explained that I am undergoing treatment, and air conditioning is vital to my well being. Certified sent two technicians, Louis Pineda and Saul. Could not have asked for more professional and knowledgeable Service Technicians. Based on my experience, would highly recommend Certified Heating and Cooling to anyone in need of this service.

Sunday morning. Another company had said we needed a new compressor which would take a while to get her or we could replace the entire unit for 8 grand. Travis from Certified came and replaced the capacitor. The AC works fine. He saved our bacon. Five stars.
I had Certified come out and give me an estimate for a mini split AC for my garage. After moving into our new home in Naples I discovered that there is no cooling in my garage. Temps exceeded 85 degrees during the day. I tried 5 different companies. Some of the other guys were obnoxious. That's a big statement when a comment like this comes from an Ex New Yorker. The prices were ridiculous from some and misleading from others. Certified sent out Brandon. He was polite, informative and gave me a good price. His price was not the cheapest but was lower than most of the others. When it came to the installation day Kevin and Alec did the install in one day. Certified scheduled the electrician to be present during the installation. They were clean and neat. The AC was running by the end of the day. It gets better. I was concerned with humidity in my home although it was cooling very well. I reached out to Brandon to inquire about having a dehumidifier. He assessed my situation and explained to me that I was using my AC wrong. I had it set to fan constantly thinking that it was good to recirculate the cool air. He told me to switch it to auto and the humidity would decrease. I went from an average 62% humidity to 50% and as low as 46% due to his advice. It cost me nothing. As a matter of fact I'm saving money because the fan is not running all day and night. How's that for honesty at the expense of a sale? Update 6/19/2023: Certified installed a Mini Split AC and performed a service for my sisters Central AC today. Lee was my sales contact. He was superb. He is an asset to Certified. It wasn't like he made a deal and disappeared. He was involved till the completion. John was my Service Manager contact. He addressed all of my issues. He's a real pro and cares about quality. He even came over to the house to pop in a thermostat for me. He's the Service Manager! WOW, was I impressed. K.C. was my lead installer. He's super professional and knocked out the job in 5 hours.
