Journey started with a phone call to Lisa at the business. A very knowledgeable receptionist. She sent Santos to do a new AC estimate. Very personable and informative. I did my homework and decided to go with Central Aire. Mike and Dylon installed the system in pouring rain...that's dedication! Install went well, but I did need some follow-up the next day. Lisa immediately sent a technician out, Chris. Again, a personable, knowledgeable individual who corrected my problem and then checked over the entire system to make sure there weren't any other problems. So far, so good! It appears I made the right choice going with Central Aire!
Busy day for the Technician. Thought he had forgotten me. Just as the sun was setting, he called to say he was 45 minutes out. He arrived in darkness, found the bad relay. Checked the Freon and everything was cool again. Thanks for the extra effort.
I used Central Aire to replace my AC system that Ian ruined and was very pleased with the speed and quality. Good, friendly and very knowledgeable.
So I guess I can't do another review, all I can do is 'edit' the one I did before... Once again, Rick and the Central Aire team is treating us right. In the wake of Hurricane Ian, Rick visited our home. He gave us great, honest and trustworthy advice and is helping us in our recovery. You can't help but enjoy talking with Rick and knowing you are being taken care of. You know when you talk to a person and you can just 'feel' that they have so much experience that you're in great hands? And you combine that with a down-to-earth, honest, trustworthy guy? That's Rick. I won't go on any more, just know if you need HVAC work for your home, you can not go wrong with Central Aire. Here's my original review... Big thanks to Rick and Central Aire!!! They now have a customer for life. Our outdoor central air unit stopped working and we had one of their competitors look at it first - since we'd signed up with them for a free inspection and cleaning as a new homeowner last year. After over an hour of work, and multiple phone calls with someone from their company (with more experience I'm assuming), the other company said the compressor was probably burnt out, it may be 2 weeks to get a compressor for our brand, and we should just get an entirely new system at $7K to $10K. I then found Central Aire online who promptly sent Rick over, after 5pm even. Even the gal that answered the phone made me feel like I'd already been a customer for years. Rick was obviously at a whole other level of knowledge and experience than the rep from the competitor. Rick didn't even go inside to the thermostat. He used equipment and gauges that the other guy didn't and within minutes he had a solution to fix it on the spot. He said there's no way you should need another unit for at least 4 or 5 years. He then educated me on AC unit brands, ratings, and sizes. He also said he'd have an estimate for another fix sent to me but doubts that fix is worth spending the money on, but he'll

Central Aire was great to work with prior to and after installed HVAC system/components. The office staff, installers Eddie and Albert all worked very well together coordinating. I will not hesitate to call them and refer to my clients as well. Nice job..

I also had a great experience. Albert Mendez and Eddie Perez arrived on time. We had to make some equipment changes which worked out just fine. These guys and this company did what they said they would do and were very friendly, cleaned up and finished on time. The folks at Central Aire are top of the line from the ladies who answer the phones, to the men who install AC and do periodic maintenance. I never had a moment of regret. I might especially point out the installation of a wall AC. I have seen many of these both in Europe and in the U.S. The one that Central Aire installed for us is the best and most efficient I’ve seen. In any case we have had two AC units installed and maintained by CA with never a moment’s regret. Thanks much.

I would recommend Central Aire to anyone in need of honest and professional services. I wish I knew about them when I first moved here 10 years ago. Their technician, Santos, has done the maintenance on our system for a few years now, and he is professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They also have great customer service and are always polite and helpful.
