I have had Broward install two units over the last ten years and had service contracts with each unit and have had great service.

Good company Monday thru Saturday if your A/C goes out on Sunday we called and they never came or returned our call. For A/C its a Monday to Saturday ONLY.
I get annual maintenance of my heating and cooling unit and have a service contract for my AC/Heater, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and fryer, and microwave Recommend a second opinion before signing a contract!
I have used Broward for approx 15 years at 2 residences combined. I findth value worth the price. They are on time more than 90% of the time and commniicate well with us. They have suggested improvements and worked with us to get them in a reasonable time frame. Also when we are not in residence our home watch people can work easily with them. It is called peace of mind. I have recommended them to several neighbors who have used them as well.
Great service workers were neat no mess
This is the fourth Heating/AC unit Ive had Broward install -- it seems the life span is about 11 years and we have two of them. I set everything up through Lily, who was a pleasure to deal with. She handled everything and even arranged for us to receive a complimentary water heater with the AC Install. The work was performed the next day and you wouldn't even know that I had installers here.
Excellent svc. I am a realtor and I buy a where's warranty to give to the buyer of my listing or to my buyer who's buying a home and they love the service too

Broward Factory Service installed our new AC system 4 years ago and have had a maintenance service agreement with them since then. They have always been prompt and on time for scheduling service. Their technicians are always thorough and professional.
I have used BFS in two different homes since 1990, and yes, there have been some bumps. But on the whole, there is none better. I just had the pleasure of dealing with Lily Stoel and Sean in the appliance repair. They are both an asset to the company and the best example of customer satisfaction. Keep your customers happy and they will stay a customer like I have for 31 years! Lily knows her job and gets it done promptly. Most importantly, she follows-up to be sure your satisfied. Thank you Lily for a job well done!

I was told one thing by the office manager and another thing by the VP at head quarters about policy. Job not completed but was asked to pay total anyway. AC making loud humming/buzzing noise.
I have been with Broward for many years and referred many friends. You have been somewhat timely,techs are friendly and do a good job.
I receive AC Maintenance and the service techs are very attentive to the care of my AC. There always on time and do the work efficiently. Very mind full of COVIE-19 Regs. Great people that work for B F S
I have been a client of Broward Factory Service for over 25 years. I believe that really says it all, however I will elaborate a bit. I have never felt so secure as I do now, being that I have just about every facet of my home covered for any malfunction, breakdown or replacement. They are very responsive, knowledgeable and professional. Personally, I would not own a home without Broward Factory Service!!!
Have been with BFS since 2007 and find their service to be accommodating and a good investment. I never had a maintenance agreement b4 moving to FL and I find this gives us piece of mind. When I ran a small Homewatch business several years ago, BFS was my go-to company for homeowner’s issues with AC and appliance repair as the customers typically had no established service. BFS installed our new HVAC and performs semi-annual inspections. Very satisfied with BFS.
