The service Rich provided was outstanding. He came in and identified the problem, offered solutions to fix it, and corrected the problem I had. Thank you Rich for your help and fixing the problem. No leaks and everything is back in working order.
Prompt customer service contacting them first thing in the morning. Sent the request at 6:30 am, and was called within 15 minutes to schedule service. Professionalism and service tech was nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Signed up for yearly maintenance on AC to put our minds at ease.
We had a power outage on the 4th of July. We thought it was something in our house as no one else in the neighborhood had a problem. Ophney came out, checked all our circuits and discovered it was FPL’s problem. He even stayed to help me explain to FPL what was going on. He was very professional, kind, and patient even though I’m sure he wanted to be home with his family, celebrating the 4th! I highly recommend Best Home Services!
Joshua was fast, efficient and frank. Did what he could, but it's the Fourth of July so we will have to wait and see what happens tomorrow.
Best, Holmes was able to respond to our emergency within a few hours. The technician diagnosed the problem and addressed it quickly.

Kyle Fortuna of Best Home Services came to our home today to install a brand new AC system that we purchased yesterday. He was very professional, courteous, and thorough in the installation process. Kyle, along with his assistant, worked diligently to make certain that this new installation was perfect. They worked for several hours and made certain that we would be pleased with the outcome. We have a service contract with Best Home Services and I can’t wait until it’s done. They try to upswell and over charge you for inferior equipment- luckily we do our homework and shop around. The tech was nice but the aggressive sales tactics are unnecessary- do your homework Best- you’ll find people want good quality at good prices- not some jacked up price for sub par equipment.
Best is an absolute rip off. They wanted to charge me $795 to clean out my AC drain line. Another service firm did it for $150. I would not trust Best to do anything, their prices are triple the competition.

Ar first I was skeptical about calling but the guy they sent to look at my septic was very helpful and informative. He found the root of the problem and I'd recommend more people.

Naturally my hot water tank broke down and leaked on a Saturday afternoon…I called Best Home Services and they sent a technician (Wesley Roberts) out right away. Wesley arrived and was very professional as he installed our new hot water tank in a timely fashion since it was my wife and I’s 34th anniversary…he worked quickly and did a great job so we could get to our dinner reservations all cleaned up and on time! Did we pay a little more maybe who knows but it was Saturday on a short notice and you know what happens when you go cheap…you get cheap…I just want the job done right! Thanks Wesley and thank you Best Home Services for sending him!
