Eric was phenomenal, had a leak due to the drain pipe being clogged, he even gave me a few useful tips.

I enjoyed the professional interaction with Jonathan. We were dealing with a stressful situation as the AC did not work. In Florida, that is a major problem. My experience working with AND’s technician was superb! He was extremely professional while also being personable. All information was was managed carefully and responsibly which was important to me as an absentee owner. I would use this company (and Mike, my technician) in a heartbeat.

The company provided services after normal business hours and rescued us from another night of sweltering Floridian heat! Michael came on time, respectfully entered our home wearing appropriate shoe coverings and immediately diagnosed our A/C problem and fixed it within minutes. Extremely happy with his knowledgeable experience and great personality. Definitely recommend AND services.
Edwin came today because of a tree root in the sewer line He cleaned it out then looked with a camera. No breaks in the pipes. I was lucky with that. Edwin took me thru all the steps. Work was good and Edwin was great. Would definitely use them again
Eric was very professional and provided detailed explanations of what he was checking and looking for. He took his time and treated us like we were his only customer for the day. After his inspection, we called his manager (Brian) who was also very informative, patient, honest, and professional. They did not try and sell me on anything. Explained the problem and cost to fix my a/c. I then asked for a quote to replace the unit and I asked about new blown in insulation. At the end of the visit, I will have a new high efficiency a/c and insulation 72 hours after the service call. Since my a/c was freezing up and losing coolant, Eric returned shortly after 9 pm with 2 portable a/c units to help keep us cool for the next several days! Outstanding customer service. Thanks you AND, Eric, and Brian! I am hoping the installation is as professional with the same level of service. I would definitely recommend AND! Rich K
Jonathan the customer service rep that took my emergency service call on a Saturday is awesome. He was friendly patient and kind. I was very anxious about my air conditioner nit cooling in a day It was to be 94 in FL and my home was already 84 degrees with windows open and fans going. Jonathan was reassuring and that is why I chose to go forward with enlisting AND services for A/C repair. Jonathan is a rare employee, I am 61 and have had to interact with many customer service reps from many different businesses. They are the 1st and lasting impression for any company and with Jonathan AND has an exemplary 1st impression. I hope the technician has the same ethic. Thank you Jonathan. Be proud if yourself.
