This is my first experience with Advanced Air & Refrigeration and I just wanted to express my sincere thank you to the professionalism from the second I contacted the office. Javier arrived when expected, listened carefully to our description of the problem we were experiencing and resolved it quickly.
Took 2 days to come out, but they got me back up and running in 5 minutes with a clogged drain line and almost $500. Kinda pricey but it's Flirida.
Our home watch person called us at our northern home and told us that our air conditioner wasn’t working. we called advanced air and within two hours the problem was fixed. Thank you advanced air!!
The service tech (Timothy) assessed the problem quickly, explained it clearly, and fixed it efficiently. I’m very pleased with his work.

In 2019 I purchased the top of the line (at least that’s what salesman told me”. Last week the unit had an issue. The repairman discovered at leaking coil and Advance would replace under warranty . I was just informed it would take 4-6 weeks . This is the hottest time of the year. 4-6 weeks?? I demanded new unit and was told this was not part of warranty. Terrible service from terrible company! Update: I was able to speak with the service manager and the parts manager yesterday and the problem was resolved immediately. Thank you Advanced Air for providing the First Class service I’ve come to expect!
I have been a long time member of Advanced Air's maintenance plan and I highly recommend it to anyone who lives in Florida where air conditioning is vital. Having them on speed dial gives me peace of mind. Their service technicians are friendly and knowledgeable and having a technician you know and trust makes a big difference, which is why we are so grateful for this company. I called for a service fee because my a/c was struggle to keep up with the heat. They came out same day because I was in their maintenance plan. It was just a maintenance issue so they were able to wave the service call fee they are great

Also, the receptionist is a strong communicator. She told me everything I need to know and the status of my appointment. Thank you for everything!
Greg showed up on time and was knowledgeable. I asked him a ton of questions and he answered them without being frustrated. He installed a thermostat and gave me some good ideas about what I am trying to do with the airflow of my house.

They promised they would have someone between noon and three, he showed up at 11:00. Did a professional job and up and running in 1:30 minutes.
The Advanced Air team responded immediately to our call after A/C was down after a power outage. Sebastian identified a clogged condensate drain line as root cause and resolved the issue very efficient, explaining in parallel preventive measures. His proposals how to improve incoming air quality further for optimized future operation were highly appreciated. A special “Thank You” to Sebastian, highlighting his exceptional expertise, efficient service and outstanding customer orientation.
Rob was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He answered all of our questions and guided us on choosing the best option. Our AC broke and they replace it with a new unit a day after. The crew was on time and they were polite, knowledgeable and professional also. We will use this company again in the future and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you Advace Air!!!
