Five star service all the way! From the moment I reached out to the Pros, they treated me great. Carson visited on time and provided three options for me to consider when replacing my old a/c system. The right equipment showed up on time as promised. Luis was prompt for his installation appointment and provided a quality installation. He cleaned up behind himself, and my place looked as good as it did before he arrived. I would use these guys again and will recommend them.
These guys responded to my issue promptly as I had a plane to catch. They even handled the entire thing while I reside out of state. Everything was well coordinated and completed as promised and well priced. Had a slight issue but it was resolved quickly and I’m totally satisfied. I would definitely use again! Great job!

Carson was great. He was very professional. He was on time and thorough. I originally used AC Pros a couple of years for a home warranty issue. They promptly resolved my issue and i have been a service customerwith them since. I look forward to using them again if I have any hvac issues.
I can’t say enough good things about this company. Andrew and Obner we’re extremely knowledgeable and professional. I know very little about AC systems and they really took the time to walk me through everything. Their prices were extremely competitive and their work was very high quality. I’ve used many AC companies over the years and this is by far the best one! I would highly recommend them for any service, maintenance, repair, or installation!

I broke my AC unit while performing 'DIY' maintenance. I explained my issue to Andrew at AC Pros. He was patient and professional. He gave me some good over-the-phone troubleshooting tips. In the end I was able to get the AC working without booking an appointment. You can tell when someone actually cares about their work. He could have just blown me off and made me schedule an appointment, but he actually took the time to help me over the phone knowing he wasn't going to upsell me on new replacement parts like some other unscrupulous AC repair shop I've dealt with in the past. Definitely a positive experience and I plan to use their services in the future.
Our condenser failed due to flooding in Hurricane Ian. ACPros had their diagnostic technician there in only a few hours. He had it diagnosed quickly. Needed replacement. By dinner time the same day, I had received estimates and was able to make a choice of the replacement system. The installation crew arrived ON TIME and as planned. When do you get THAT in Florida?? They layed out cloths to protect my driveway and garage floor while they worked. They were very nice and polite young me. They worked very well together. Had our new system up and running by mid-afternoon and our life was able to return to normal. I am a very particular individual. I can pick out slackers and spot all the mistakes. Not so in this case. ACPros did a superb job both of providing responsive service, customer care, and execution of their technical work. I highly recommend them.

After having used many other A/C companies over the years, and being very unsatisfied, I found AC Pros about 4-5 years ago. They are professional, honest, and great at what they do. The service technicians are wonderful and office staff is as well. They don't give you a crazy 8 hour window and make you wait all day for them to show up. You never sit around waiting and wondering if they are coming - they stick to their schedule, and call if they are running behind. When they started servicing my 2 units, which were original to my home and in need to be replaced (22 years old), they kept them up and running until I was able to afford new units. Not once did they push for me to purchase new ones or complain on the effort trying to keep them running way past their A/C life. Finally 2 years ago new units were installed. Timely, professionally, and they even cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend giving them your business, you won't be disappointed.

Brian was on time and completed the duct cleaning and sanitizing plus installation of uv light for mold control. Also, took the maintenance package as it was less than I had been paying. Very satisfied!
