Mr. Justice was wonderful and extremely professional. He walked me through what he was doing and why he was doing it the entire time. I had to replace my nest app(waste of money) and put a old school thermostat on. He was super responsive fixed the problem and I was extremely happy with his service.

Thank you so much! My outside AC unit went out today and he was at my house within an hour and a half and found/fixed the problem right away. Very honest about problems and does not overcharge as everyone else would take advantage of a single female that has no clue about AC’s. Highly recommend and will be referring him to anyone who asks!

They say what you need fix and fix lt no double talk just facts this is one company that I will keep as my repair company.
2 weeks ago I called and he came out promptly. Put gauges on my unit and did some running around my house checking my handler and etc. 1 hr later he said everything was fine and my unit was still within normal operating conditions. $75 later and left. My house still not cooling. Called another company yesterday and they said my coils were apparently never cleaned and disgusting along with low freon from what I suspected of Zero maintenance from previous owner. I witnessed and now my house is cool. I don't reccomend this guy. He sucks. I should have thrown the $75 out on I-4 to least get some 2-70 AC
Terry and his crew did an amazing job on our new heat pump/handler installation and charged a very reasonable price. They were knowledgeable, honest, and had great communication the whole way through. I'd highly recommend deltona heat & air to anyone living in the deltona area for hvac service On a side note, they discovered something in our duct work that other contractors had missed. Someone who had worked on our house before we purchased it had put a wall over a return vent and didn't seal it off so it was pulling air from the attic! They sealed off that return and added a new one in a more desirable location on the ceiling and everything is in perfect working order now, awesome job!

Terry was amazing. If you are anywhere near Deltona, PLEASE use his services. A consummate professional: he showed up early in the timeframe we discussed, he was polite, explained his methodology, identified the hardware by sight (from like 25 ft away btw, like whoa), performed his analysis/testing, offered to minimize his intrusion by going through the garage, and efficiently identified the issue in a short amount of time. Replaced a part and some associated things for it, and best of all charged me a crazy reasonable amount for the parts and labor to replace. I asked him some questions related to the process and his work; the guy knows his stuff. Whether it’s good or bad news: he is gonna give it to you straight, work diligently and charge you a reasonable amount for what he has to do. I tried to give him extra on his check and he came back thinking I had made a mistake and didn’t want to overcharge me. Hard to find that type nowadays...I rarely leave ratings - USE THIS DUDE.
Terry has serviced my A/C for almost 10 years. On several occasions I've needed him on the weekend and short notice and always arrives quick. I definitely recommend him.
Can't thank you enough for coming on such short notice! Top Notch service really great guy saved me a bunch of money. Called after having someone come out and giving me an estimate and saying I had a bad compressor and that it was better just to buy a new unit. Well I won't jump the gun when it comes to something that high price so I wanted a second opinion. Call them up and asked if he could come same day and he delivered. Came out and found out what my problem was relatively quick and saved me thousands of dollars from what I would have paid had I gone with the first analysis from the other guys. Thank you thank you thank you will recommend you to all my friends and you will be the go-to guy for now on.
We just purchased our compressor and air handler from Terry. What a great experience. When he came to the house for the quote, he went over the entire house to calculate the most efficient unit for us. The installation went very well, there was good communication every step of the way and everything was done at an extremely fair price.
We would never call on anyone but Terry to take care of our air -conditioner needs. He knocks himself out to come in an emergency, is always very professional and gets the job done right.
Terry was recommended by a friend years ago and he has provided service for my AC for many years now. I agree 100% with the other 5 star reviews. Totally honest, will save you money if he can, very thorough in his work, does the extra little things. Affordable and in my experience, prompt service. I HIGHLY recommend Deltona Heat & Air. I will call no one else for servicing my AC or Heat.
