I called Autumn Air as my a/c was not blowing cold air. Fabian came out on a Saturday afternoon, arriving earlier than the stated time. He quickly discovered the problem and fixed it. Definitely a fair price and awesome service on the weekend. Will be my go to for future service.
Called Autumn A/C on a recommendation & was not disappointed. He was on point with his arrival window & had my a/c blowing cold in under 30 minutes, all this on a Saturday . I highly recommend Autumn A/C & Heating.
My AC stopped working all of a sudden so I booked an AC diagnostic on their website. I had a tech, Fabian, email me right away with availability the next day. Fabian was very punctual, and super knowledgeable. He determined within minutes that the capacitor needed to be replaced and got it done very fast. He even showed me how a normal capacitor should look like. Price was very reasonable, and got my AC back up and running. Super thankful and I highly recommend Autumn AC and Heat.
It was easy to make an appointment. Fabian and his team did great quality work! They re-routed and moved my unit away from my bedroom window so I can be in my room without listening to my ac unit.
Even at 9pm on the hottest day in the year, I was able to procure their services. On time and skilled. Damn! You need emergency ac service....look no further!
I called Autumn Air after my regular A/C repair company told me it would take several days to replace my condenser in really hot weather. My A/C had been out for two days and my home was a balmy 90 degrees! I was taken care of the same day after calling that morning. Same day replacement and at a great price. I'm keeping this company!

I had two bids and decided on Autumn air due to the reviews. I was skeptical because the reviews were so good but decided to go for it. It turned out to be a smart decision. I have a big house that needs 2 units and replaced both of them at same time. The installation was done with great care and detail. They did the best possible job of installing them . That is so important and is as important as the product you decide to put there. So that part is good. What about service. They constantly told me if any problems or concerns happen to call them even on weekends. I could tell they mean it and do not want to leave you hanging. I would recommend them without reservation. I believe they will do a good job for you. The install team is great.
Came out on a Saturday did a thorough check over everything and didn’t charge an emergency fee. Very nice and professional Had them back to do a regular service and was quick and efficient!

I have tried a few AC companies over the years and this one stands out! I called on a Saturday evening and they came out within 15 minutes and charged a rate $40 less than who I usually use. They identified the issue within minutes, had the replacement and fixed it. I was up and running within 10-15 minutes of them arriving. They were friendly, clean, well-spoken and knowledgeable and gave advice on how to keep things running well and what to expect in coming years with the state of our unit. There was no up selling just realistic expectations. I have saved this company as my new AC company and will be using them for any needs in the future.

I put a text in to Autumn air for an available appt to check my a/C. I received a text back immediately saying "they would be coming the same day" (which was Sat. 5/20). I couldn't be happier with Autumn Air and Fabien who always services my air.
