Air Current has been our A/C company for several years. I’ve been a fan since they recommended a less expensive replacement unit that would be just as reliable as the more expensive one. They have been correct for about 7 years so far.
Great people whose support doesn’t stop after the installation. After 2 years they came and fixed an issue and did the repair at no cost. I consider this above and beyond good customer service. I always receive a call back when I leave a message. Setting up service is easy and they are always professional. I have had them out twice for service for the annual cleaning and maintenance and will continue to use Air Current for all my air conditioning needs. I would recommend Air Current to all my friends.
Fantastic, honest and reliable
The technicians were on time and did a fantastic job. They were very friendly and knowledgeable.
Our a/c went out yesterday, tried as many things as an untrained homeowner could do. Called Air Current because my family has used them for years and I know they always have someone on call. Got Chance’s voicemail and left him a quick message. The guy calls me back within 3 minutes, I give him a quick rundown of my attempted repairs and he tells me he’ll be here around 1p after he gets done with another call; it was 1147a when I called! True to his word he gets here at 1p, jumps right in and has us going in less than 30 minutes. He was prompt, professional, and explained everything he was doing. I cannot say enough good things about this family owned business. Would have given 6 stars if they let me.
Amazing customer service. Leslie did an exceptional job in making arrangements with scheduling service. The service technician did a fantastic job in finding the issue and repairing in a timely manner. I will be recommending them in the future.
First company and only one i called. This company had very BAD business processes, I called them to check my AC systemthat was not working and when they got here a guy by the name or Ch***, and went out to check my Out side unit and when he left 2 wires underneath the cover were disconnected and only one screw was left on the cover. Why did you disconnect wires and left them disconnected on my air-conditioning unit to then try to sell me a new system.
This company is fabulous!! My contact, Leslie, is without a doubt a life saver. We moved into our new home and the first morning the air went out due to a power surge. They came over within an hour, identified the problem (circuit board in outside unit) and started trying to locate a new one. Of course with all the shortages due to Covid they are not readily available. Leslie worked with York and within a 8 days we now have a new outdoor unit which the installed they day they received it - on a Friday. I would highly recommend Air Current to everyone. They stand behind their work and products they use. Thank you Air Current!
If you want quality, honesty, and true customer care, Air Current is the ONLY company I would call. I have had the pleasure of finding them and have over 15 years +of business I have used them for. I use only our local services to keep the money in our community. THANK YOU AIR CURRENT, Inc! (BTW, I have had an a/c unit installed by them around 2008. I have had not 1 problem with my unit!) THANK you AIR CURRENT!!!!
I called at 8:30 and my call was returned at 8:46. The technician was here by 9:20. The broken part was replaced and by 9:40 the air conditioner was working. SUPER FAST! GOOD PRICE!

Edit: Updating this review for clarity Here is a recap of the situation and areas of improvement that I think Air Current can make based on my situation. Situation: Our A/C went out in the heat of the summer. I called Air Current based on a recommendation from a VP of Carrier Sales. Communication: Phone calls went well with good scheduling and call-backs when I left a voicemail. The actual technician did not do a good job of communicating, though. When he arrived, he took out his tester to identify where the leak was located. I had to finish up an errand in the house, so I left him in the garage where the handler was located. When I returned, he let me know that it was the coil that was leaking and that they would need to replace it. He should have showed me the detector and where the leak was occurring. I could have asked, but not being well versed on A/C units, I trusted his word. I later found out from another A/C company and the VP that this should be common practice for technicians and it would have helped because that ended up not being the issue and there was no way to validate if it was a wrong diagnosis or not. The coil was replaced and system recharged. Quality: Less than 24 hours later, the A/C was not working again. I noticed a hissing noise near the actual A/C unit. I called to report it and they mentioned that they could come out and fix that area, which was clearly not the coil since that is located in the handler. It is highly unlikely that there was a leak in both the coil and the part that actually needed to be replaced. Either way, I had to ask if there would be an additional charge for that repair and there would be. This is where having proof that the coil was actually leaking would have helped. I decided to go with another company to fix this part as there was little confidence that they would do the right thing after this event. Additionally, the insulation and around the pipes near the handler were not added back that the new company ende
The crew is nice and super chill, but Leslie in the office is NOT! She kept harassing us for payment prior to the inspection. The inspection by the city gave them a partial pass, crew fixed the issue immediately and then the inspection passed. City told us the job is not completed until the inspection is passed. Leslie who works in the office must have worked for a collection agency in the past. She threatened police, and fraud charges because we refused to authorize the payment for our bank prior to the inspection after our AC broke the next day. Again, crew was nice and came out to fix it. She claimed we gave her a closed bank account and blah blah blah. Little did Leslie know we are a family of attorneys and clearly knew the law better than she did. She even claimed to be a family of law enforcement which we found amusing because she was clueless. We invited her to bring the police along to witness the inspection and file fraud charges against us if she believed herself. Nothing happened obviously and she humbled herself eventually. Once the inspection passed we gave them a check that CLEARED! Leslie escalated a situation that could have been handled a bit classier.
Local, and family owned. My go-to for any heat and air issues. Had them recently put in an extra vent to cool one of my rooms better. They showed up as scheduled, werr in and out of here in about an hour. Easy peasy 😉

Air Current installed a brand new AC system in my home this week. They were prompt and professional, and easy to communicate with. All of the crew that came out were great. Lesley, who handles customers over the phone, was so responsive, informative, and friendly, she is a really great voice for the company. I plan on using them again whenever a situation arises.
Integrity is at the very top of the list for this locally owned HVAC company. The rental property manager was attempting to hide a leak in the HVAC system and although the they instructed Air Current not to divulge that information to me, they still did the right thing and told me before signing another year long lease. I am a military veteran with a toddler and not having my HVAC system working when temperatures are in the low 30’s and 40’s is unacceptable. Air Current just saved me from having to pay another year of high electric bills from an HVAC system that has a leak and running inefficiently. I understand you guys may have just sacrificed any future jobs from this rental property manager. Thank you again for your integrity in this matter! Any work that has to be done on my future property will only be done by you guys! I have told all of my neighbors of your integrity in this matter! Continue to do the right thing!
