I just had the most gratifying experience with two of Superior employees. Rob and Tahje were ultra professional in dealing with my problem. These guys knew what they were doing! I would request them again. They were well trained and professional. They put my worries to rest. 🙂
It cost me $850 to install a new toilet, the toilet was bought at Home Depot for $250, so the service fee was $600 for less than 2 hours of work??? This was Sunday, today is Wednesday and I still have not received an itemized bill via email.
Rob was a awesome technician!!! He made it a priority to come to my home before working hours at 7:00 am sharp. Replaced my grandmothers water heater and did a excellent job!!! Thank you! 😁

We received a quick appointment and Rob from Superior offered wonderful service and explained everything we needed to know about our particular issue.
Robert was professional and knowledgeable He came on Saturday and fixed pipe over dielectric valve. Made sure it was fixed to my satisfaction and asked me if there was anything else I could do today to help me as a17 year homeowner. I had initially contacted superior plumbing a day earlier via home advisor for my neighbor who was highly satisfied as well with the replacement of her main water shutoff valve.
My main shut off valve was busted as robert came over to replace it. He’s been very helpful & educative. Perhaps I recommend his services in the future. As well as Ali as a customer service savvy.
Jonathan came out and was exceptional! He was very professional and quick. The clog was cleared in a matter of minutes and he gave me tips on how to prevent future clogs. I was so frustrated and tired with the plumbing issue, thanks so much for the great work!
John was prompt, professional and polite. Provided good options and addressed and repaired all concerns. John was good at communicating the issues and was very careful of my home in making the repairs and overall was a good guy. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to family and friends.

Jonathan m did a fantastic job at my house replacing my shower valve and cast iron pipe in ceiling because up stairs was having water leak down stairs into my unit. I couldnt be more happy with the service from jonathan My plumber. Cheers to a well done job.thank you.

Superior had to return to my home to complete a job that was not done the 1st time. Their tech cut into a pipe, had not turned off the main water and as a result, flooded my home with gallons and gallons of water. Damage to my hardwood floors and baseboards. Their VP did not want to turn in the claim to their insurance, but after months of back and forth, finally did. Their insurance carrier offered me about half of what it is going to cost for the total repair. Claim happened in November, now it's the end of February, still not corrected. Baseboards and floors damaged and must be replaced. They were rude and beyond unprofessional, and after my calling several times, would not return my calls. I had to finally turn the claim into my homeowners insurance. I gave them one star only because I had to to post this review.
