Very professional. Great job on our AC maintenance and repair.
We have call Rafael a couple of years ago for our old ac and he fixed the problem but did say we needed a new ac. He gave us a good price for a new but also started calling for other estimates. My husband decided to go with the guy who installed our old one. Long story short, we started having issues and we decided to call Rafael because we were very impressed the last time. He was prompt and honest and fixed the problem. If you are looking for an ac guy, He’s the one. Good work, very professional and an honest guy. Something you don’t get these days.
We were having issues with our AC. Rafael was at our home within an hour of us calling and he quickly identified and fixed the problem. We signed up for their service agreement on the spot! Responsive, honest, and reasonable pricing.
My thermostat had completely shut off on a Summer Sunday and he was able to come out and repair the issue within the hour. Highly recommend Stream Cold Air.
Our 10 year old Rheem AC stopped cooling overnight. We woke up to the heat on a Saturday morning before 9am. We called Stream and they were able to repair the condenser (the outside portion of the AC) by replacing the fan motor that afternoon. The technician was polite and professional.
Rafael fixed my AC with a new air handler blower motor and a new capacitor near the exterior condenser. Prompt, courteous, and very fair with pricing, he is the best home AC service I have come across. I appreciate his honesty and responsiveness. When he says he will show up, he shows up. He has years of experience and really knows his stuff. Will definitely use this company again for all my AC needs!

Stream Cold Air Corp. are Hands down absolutely the best. Raphael is very knowledgeable and Professional, glad that I found Him on "Nextdoor". It started with that last week when I passed one of My went, I felt no cold air coming out of it, since I have problems with breathing, I panicked, remember that someone had recommended Raphael from Stream Cold Air Corp. on "Nextdoor" I found the link and called Him. He came within 15 min. found the problem right away (It was a wire connected to the Compressor) and fixed it. Now My Unit is 21 years old, I wanted to get a new unit for a long time, but didn't know who to call, and I shouldn't wait until the unit breaks down, then it will take days to replace. Raphael offered me that if He install the new unit, He would subtract the money that I paid for the repair to the new unit, I accepted, and a week later He came on time with a helper and installed it. I got a Tempstar, it's very silent and the House is Super Cool, Thank You Raphael.
Rafael came by 2 times. First time the AC was completely frozen. Needed to defrost and then 1st thing on the morning he came by to check on the repairs. Found a small leak that needed correction and placed more gas on it. Everything was quick, clean and the AC is back to 100%.

You always answers my phone gives me an honest opinion every time I call him no matter what time. This Sunday morning I woke up without air-conditioning I called Rafael’s number and he said he would be here in 30 minutes which blew my mind because it’s Sunday and everybody is at home relaxing but he’s working. He arrived on time , very professional and explain to me what was the issue and took care of it. I would recommend everyone to use him you will be very very happy with the service!!
