Prime Air Conditioning was THE BEST and ONLY CHOICE! They responded quickly, completed the work in one day, and were very cognizant about keeping the area clean. Gerald and his crew ere nice, efficient, and professional. This was a wonderful experience and I am so happy I found them. I have a condo in this area but don't really stay here much and I didn't know one company from the other and I got so lucky when I found them. In my experience, a rare find with Florida contractors. Had a troubleshooting call. Was quoted $250 to replace a bad float switch...which is $16.99 anywhere. Was also quoted $300 to replace a $100 pump and $500 to clean coils.

Gerald and Day at Prime Air Conditioning made such a stressful experience, absolutely stress free! I called the company to come fix a commercial AC unit and they were there in less than an hour. Gerard knew exactly what wrong with the AC and even offered us options to save money and headaches in the future. Day was super sweet and helpful during the checkout process. The efficiency and promptness which my call was taken plus the speed of the initial visit to troubleshoot the problem as well as the expediency of generating the quote for an HVAC replacement were the principal criteria for doing business with Prime Air Conditioning. In addition, the installation was performed professionally, within an expected time frame and most importantly within budget. Gerald and his team take pride in their work, they respect their commitment and they deliver the goods cost/effective.
I hired Prime Air Conditioning to take over another company supposedly big name in market who came to install a new HVAC but did nothing than big mess. they kindly took over and fixed all the mess They even helped reinstate warranty with Reem after previous company mismatched units and almost caused me lose warranty. Prime Air Condtioning did awesome job. Later i faced minor issue and called them and they showed up in 20 minutes and took care of problem. they very knowledgable and very diigent and you can not beat their prices. I am happy with them and decided to enroll in semi annual maintenance checkup.
I had an air handler and condenser replaced and Prime Air were fantastic. They turned up promptly, really friendly, great value for money and throughout made sure they protected the interior. Definitely recommend
My AC was not cooling at all. I called Prime AC and was very pleased with their professionalism and knowledge. They came to my house as promised and were able to diagnose and repair the problem with my AC. Gerald provided valuable information to help me prevent future problems. The Prime Air Conditioning team has been a pleasure to work with. They are one of the rare Air conditioning companies in South Florida that do whatever it takes to make the customer happy and get the job done. Great value. I received 6 quotes and they had the best price for the best equipment. Gerald was very responsive and answered all of my questions. Never tried to up-sell me on equipment I didn’t need. Installed the equipment the day after I agreed to the price. I couldn’t ask for better service and price. I would definitely recommend.
