Always a great experiance with M and S. The tech is very knowledgable about my split mini ductless AC. A neighbor was so impressed with my unit, he had M and S put a ductless system into his home. Both of us can only say great things about your company and the great service everyone in the office and in the field provide!!!!Thank you!
They installed 3 mitsubishi mini splits , living room, master bedroom & guest room. The unit in master bedroom made horrible slurping noises, they sent out a tech who replaced the pump, I’ve had approximately 7 more tech visits, each one did something to correct the noise …. It’s been going on for a year, the noise is still ongoing. I called Mitsubishi who advised it should not make noise and have tech call them when he comes to fix it ( not one tech called Mitsubishi ) but the pump is no longer a mitsubishi part. it seems I am stuck at this point , I will now be charged every time a tech visits as my warranty is over and the disgusting slurping noise will continue . Update I was contacted by Mike( owner) he advised he was not aware of the issue and would rectify it. Within 3 days they replaced the pump, while it’s only been 12 hours the silence has been amazing. Thank you for taking care of the situation

Very professional installation done with utmost care. Responsive and on time visits to home. Installers seemed concerned job was done properly. Had a mini spit outside unit and 2 inside air handlers installed.
M&S is extremely professional and knowledgeable. My family is very satisfied with their service. We will continue to use them in the future.

Appt scheduled for anytime between 8-9; technician arrived 9:45. I had a medical appt at 11 and needed to leave at 10:45. So I was apprehensive that AC maintenance might not be completed before leaving for appt.
M and S has provided us with excellent service for many years. They take care of our home and office A/C units. They are quick to respond when called and always do a great job. Theresa is very pleasant and makes sure the technicians are scheduled on time. Hector is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with . We feel very confident relying on M and S A/C for our needs.
