It was a difficult job fitting the new AC into the existing space but they were able to do it. Donald Quoted a price that was reasonable (lowest estimate for this model). The estimate was clear and straightforward. He did not start with an unreasonable and false list price and add 30 discounts like some companies do. I would use them again.
Jason was incredibly professional and experienced. Really knew his stuff. You don’t see that very often these days. Five stars.
Tech was very knowledgeable and able to diagnose and repair the issue. Additionally, he was able to identify a that the air handler did not have a drain pan with float switch, which he ordered.
Daniel was so great! He worked quickly and efficiently, even took the time to show me exactly what was going on with my HVAC unit and how to prevent it in the future. Will be using Cousins in the future when I need to!!
This maintenance had to be done a week earlier than previously scheduled, because the AC was running only intermittently. Marcos informed us that although the AC equipment was in excellent condition, there was an unusually large amount of bacteria discharge from the drain pipe. Cousins will need to watch this carefully; this is why we rely on Marcos for the AC maintenance. If you want an experienced and knowledgable service technician to service your AC, we highly recommend Marcos.
If you want a great AC company, use Cousins. I shopped around and spoke to several companies who provided me bids on new systems. My sales rep, Jason, provided me with all the information I needed and he didn't hesitate to call me when I had a question. There was no pressure at all to purchase. System was installed yesterday, all the techs were friendly, courteous and professional. Amazing service, ty!

Cousin's A/C installed a new unit in my home about 3 years ago. Everything about the installation went perfectly. This past Friday, of course at the beginning of a holiday weekend, the drain clogged and the unit shut down. I was looking at 4 days without A/C! However, they responded by sending technician Chris Grattan out on Saturday morning! He had me up and running in an hour and he graciously answered all of my questions while I watched him work! I want to shout out to Cousins Air for their quick response time and for sending such a qualified tech!
Stay away for they take advantage of the customers… the service people are commission based on what they can charge you. We had a warranty item circuit board and they quoted us a price than doubled it at the house when finished installing. When I question the invoice they threaten to remove the circuit board. Stay away from Cousins Air!
