Jonathan was our service tech. Intelligent, thorough and competent. He explained every single issue that needed repair in clear detail and showed me exactly what he was talking about. Extremely courteous and considerate. Excellent service!
The engineers attended on time and worked hard throughout the day. They were very courteous and polite at all times. They also tidied up after themselves. We were so impressed with then that we will be working with them again next month. I would highly recommend this firm.
Above Air Technician Mike and Joe repaired my a/c problem for 1.5 hours. The job was done in perfect professional manner with details information and answer all my questions. My previous One Hour Air conditioning and Heating company who maintain my 2 years old equipment since February 2022 not able to fix my intermittent problem for 8 month and Mike troubleshoot and made proper conclusion of defect for 15 minutes. Great Job. Thank you very much!

A company is only as good as it's employees. Above Air seems to pick the best. I have used this company for over ten years now and I am always very happy and thankful for their service. This week I had the pleasure of meeting their technician Barrington. Great guy. A US Navy veteran who started his electrical career working on fighter jets that keep us free. He was very polite and didnt say one negative thing about having to go up in my hot attic and crawl through the web of rafters. He fixed what the builders (who obviously couldnt have cared less) screwed up so I wont have the same issue again. Thank you for your great service.

Very professional and fast. Not the least expensive but by far worth every penny. Have used several times, even on weekends and tgeir response times have been excellent. They are professional, courteous and clean. No beatung around the bush or haggling. Highly recommend them and will use again if needed.
We had a leak in out unit and they were here first thing in the morning the day of our appointment. The tech was really nice and professional and explained the whole process. The a/c is no longer leaking and is actually feeling cooler. They were awesome!

Very responsive - I usually get same day service. Professional technicians - All the technicians are very knowledgeable, show up when they say they will and provide me with details about the work they do on my AC unit. Have been using them for a couple years and will continue to use them.

I have dealt with both incompetence and fraud on the part of other firms, and now will never risk using anyone other than Above Air. No unnecessary services, no games - just great service at great rates.
I have been using Above Air for over 15 years now. I just leave at that.

I am a Professional Fireman, and Above Air Inc is supposedly owned by a Fireman. They serviced my 8 year old A/C unit for 3 years (yearly service). I trusted there judgment on what needed to be done, and maintained. They would always upcharge the yearly maintenance saying something was wrong with my unit. I found out when my A/C completely shut down they did in fact not clean the coil system on the outside condenser, and not maintain the unit properly. This in turn ruined my 8 year old unit. Had them come out, charged me $80 just to come out and said “its under warranty” That will be a $1000 to fix and a week to get the part. Was going to do a new A/C unit with them until I got a second opinion from Air Around the Clock. This is when I found out Above Air Inc never did the yearly maintenance when they came out. Spoke with the owner and said please don’t cash my $80 check being the fact you ruined my unit. What did they do cash my $80 check. Please don’t use Above Air Inc you will get ripped off.
Tech that was sent was very knowledgeable and patient to explain in detail options and remedies moving forward.
