These guys are super helpful. The tech came out to service our AC was on time and very professional. We renewed our service plan with them. Priced reasonably as well.
My upstairs HVAC system failed last Wednesday. I called Koontz and they had someone out to look at it early that afternoon. Unfortunately, the 12 year old unit was on its last legs. Phil and Pernell came out Friday morning and installed a new system by early afternoon. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional and took great care to protect our home. They were simply OUTSTANDING!. Also, Jennifer in the main office made sure I got the sized system I needed and answered all of my questions. She is the BEST!
New Carrier AC was installed early June by two great installers Brenda & Pariel. Big shout out to both of them. Hard workers. Good company all around. Very accommodating.
Brenda & Pariel came to install a new Carrier HVAC unit. They were courteous and meticulous. Explained everything and showed us anything we needed to know. We would definitely recommend them.

Bob was awesome. He came and got our AC up and running quickly. He talked to us and told us about certain maintenance we should do and showed us how to do it. Service was so great we are going to purchase the Twice-A-Year Air Conditioning Maintenance.
Matthew was polite, courteous and professional. He was very quick to respond and knowledgeable of AC maintenance. We appreciate the level of service he provided.

I woke up to the fan running but no cooling. I called before 8:00 and the answering service took the initial call. They opened at 8:00 and got a call back in 20 minutes. They were able to get someone out the same day. I was working and could not take the day off. Jenn in the office worked with me and called me 30-45 minutes ahead of the technician coming out. This allowed me to leave work for a short time and get my A/C fixed. When the technician showed up, he had it fixed in literally less than 10 minutes. I had placed a call to another service as well and I still haven’t heard back from them. Thank goodness for Koontz and Jenn in the office. We will be forever customers.

Amber, Aaron, and Oso did a fantastic job replacing the previous A/C unit. Hot & sweaty throughout, the team was always in a great mood, and more importantly, they did great work. It's always a pleasure working with the staff at Koontz.
I woke up to no air this morning. Electricity was on but thermostat was off. I just as really in a pinch as I had a flight out of Orlando at 2:30. They were able to work it out so Matt was able to come here first! All is well and I can make my flight! Thanks Matt and thanks Koontz! Best service in the area!
Have known Chris since he installed 2 state of the art Bryant Heat pumps in my new home in 2006. He worked with me to design a system that would provide the best and most efficient cooling, heating, and dehumidification available. He replaced my 2 Ton unit in 2017 after a power surge destroyed the " board ", and my 4 ton unit in 2020. His prices were excellent and his service is outstanding. I highly recommend him. -Julian B.
I had them replace my old system. They did a great job and were very nice. I am very surprised how much difference the new system preforms. I would definitely use them again if needed.
