Great service and great job. Awesome customer service. Team was on time and professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality A/C and heating needs.
Dishonest. Charged for 6 lbs of coolant in a system that can only hold less than 3 lbs. Repair lasted one month and could not get a response when I called the answering service so I took my business elsewhere.
I’m a guest of hot wok restaurant, they say they have made an appointment for ten days,but no one has been sent to repair or inspect the problems, is your service attitude really so bad? Would you like your company to send some one to check the situation or repair it? The reputation of the company is important, you can’t say one thing and do another!

This company has never let me down. They always come our quickly when my AC is not working. And get me working again. The owners are very nice, they are the workers.

What a great company! Can't say enough about the great people at A C Goodier. Thank you to Bud, who gave me the estimate, Sharon, who answered all my questions on the phone, and the team of Ben, Steve, and Jevon who did the installation. This was a big job, as an old oil furnace and air handler had to be removed and a blocked air duct reconnected. Everyone showed up on time, was very respectful of my home, and installed a beautiful new air pump system. I highly recommend this company.😊 Oh, and the price was right too.
Went out of their way on a Saturday morning after my calling the previous evening to repair my ac. In and out 10 minutes.

They put a new AC in 5 years ago and I had some trouble they came right over and took care of it . Great people who really take care of their customers.

They were able to come out quickly when I had an a.c. emergency. They were quick and efficient have been using this company for years and they never fail to deliver on their service and promise.

Three scheduled appointments missed . The fist two appointments they called to reschedule the third appointment was a "no-show / no-call" I never did receive a call. Simply no considerations for my time being important too
Fast and knowledgeable.
Had them for several years. When they changed owners, started receiving additional charges for coolant after service in the mail. Poor communication more accurately no communication in billing additional charges. Manager/owner would not return calls. Receptionist informed me she was not his mother. After changing companies, have not needed any coolant yet 2+ yrs later. Also discovered they never cleaned inside filter which was not hosed off probably why my motor stopped working. The duct work they did was inadequate i discovered per 24 hr AC & AC Doctor. I pay more yearly now but save in the long run.
