If you want your air conditioning repaired or replaced definitely call these guys. They are very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They will come out any time of the day or night to take care of any problems you have with your unit. They will be my a/c guys from now on!
Came out late in evening put a new thermostat and cleaned drain line. Charged regular fee no after hour AWESOME
Friday evening our air conditioner shut down so we called and left a message and someone got back to us wirhin an hour. They came out Saturday morning and repaired the unit. No fuss - no muss. Outstanding service.
On Sunday our upstairs AC stopped working. I called Viking Air and he suggested several things I could do that might get it working and thus avoid a service call. One worked and I managed to get the AC working for free! They definitely have all our future business. Recently they've stopped responding quickly, I made around 10 phone calls and it was 4-5 days without A/C before they called me back.
