Would recommend to others! I've had a great experience with this company. I was referred to them by a friend, and they did a great job. They came out quickly, were friendly, and even let me know that they could be here in 30 minutes if the problem wasn't urgent.

My experience with Crown Heating & Air Conditioning Service was wonderful! We were having trouble with our A/C not functioning. Lois showed up and was very professional and respectful! He did a thorough inspection of our A/C and explained everything very clearly.
Crown Heating & Air Conditioning Service was quick to respond and send a technician out to see what the issue was. The technician was able to identify the problem and explain what he was doing so I understood. He had the part needed with him and was in and out in less than an hour. We were so thankful! We will definitely use Crown Heating & Air Conditioning Service again for our HVAC needs.

Crown Heating & Air Conditioning Service technicians installed a new heat pump in my house over four years ago and I saw a drop in my electric bill of nearly 50% per month during the summer. I was very impressed, their prices were really reasonable. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

We called several AC repair companies earlier in the morning today and the soonest they can stop by was in three weeks. I wasn't surprised. After all, it is summer. My wife called Crown Heating & Air Conditioning Service and they sent Derrick out to our place around 2pm! Derrick is very knowledgeable and honest. Their communication is swift and provided us several options. Great service! Highly recommended! Keep up the great work!
After carefully listening to our problems with our heat pump that was not working, Derrick got right to work. He found that the start capacitor and control board were damaged. He repaired the unit and replaced the questionable thermostat wiring. Derrick was very professional and I was impressed by his knowledge and his diagnosis and clear explanation. I would use Crown Heating & Air Conditioning company again.
